At first, open the charging case lid and take out both earbuds, then remove the insulating film and put them back. 1. How to reset Sound PEATS Air3-Deluxe?

(Try the following steps if you fail building connection between two earbuds, or between earbuds and device.) 1. Clear the pairing record from all your devices. Place back both earbuds, thwited light on the charging case flashes twice, the earbuds starts charging. 2. With the case lid open, press and hold the charging case button for 10seconds until the white light flashes 2 times, reset complete. 3. Close the case lid and reopen to activate the earbuds.

Why does the sound of the earbuds cut or noise occur?

What does the LED on the charging case tell?

The LED flashes slowly while charging the case. Red light 0-19% Yellow light 20%-69% Green light 70%-99% Green light stays on 100%

What should I do if the charging case won’t charge?

1. Use a Type-C adapter to charge the case(current not more than 1A). The indicators flashes while charging. 2. Please charge the earbuds and charging case as least once per 3 months when not in use for a long time.

What can I do if any earbud stopped charging?

As there is no light on the earbuds when charging for Air3-Deluxe, you need to put the left earbud and right earbud one by one separately into the charging case to check. If the green light on the charging case is on, the earbud can be charged normally. If no light comes on, please use a bit of light sandpaper tolan the charging connectors on the earbuds and try to adjust the ear ud to ensure there has green light flash on the case

Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placingbackinto the

case?

The battery life is not as advertised?

A single charge will not support continuous use for 22 hours. The earbuds work5 hours for a single charge and the charging case provides extra3.5recharges.

What can I do if the touch controls do not work always?

1. Please touch the middle of the control area, and keep your hands dry, theearbuds may not response on wet fingers. 2.
