Thank you for purchasing the Portable Air Compressor fromAstroAl. This product is an Air Compressor Pump with a quality LCD screen that is designed to be used to monitor air pressure while inflating. Once the pre-set air pressure is reached, the Air Compressor will automatically shut off.For optimal performance and safety, please read and follow all of the instructions below before operating the device. The air nozzle is compatible with all Schrader valves. For use with cars, small trucks and SUVs, motorcycles, and bicycles. The product is not intended for use with high-pressure or large-volume applications.

When not in use, disconnect the air compressor from all power sources.

The air compressor may get hot during continuous use, please be careful during the use and after use.

INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Ensure that your car engine is running before you use it.

Connect the DC cigarette light with the air compressor and insert the DC cigarette lighter firmly into your car’s 12V outlet. ( Connect the AC power cord with the air compressor and insert the AC power cord into the socket if you want to use the AC power.).

Remove the valve cap from the valve stem of the tire, and connect the air nozzle to the valve stem. (Tips: for better sealing, when using the quick connector, align the valve stem, firmly press in, and flip the small lever. If the illumination function is needed, please press the LED button to turn on the light. Press the LED button to turn off the light.).

Press the ‘R’ button to switch units (3 options: PSI, BAR, KG /CM3).

Use the ‘t’and’-‘ buttons to set the chosen pressure.
(Note: Use the tire pressure guide on the inside of the driver’s door for guidance. Make sure that the preset pressure is higher than the current pressure of your tire.)

Press the inflate button, the air compressor will be working.
(Note: Do not touch the air hose during inflation.) -
The air compressor automatically shuts off when the pre-set pressure value is reached. We should press the inflate button again to a normal state. Then disconnect the AC/DC power cord from the tires and the air compressor and put the valve cap back on the valve stem.

Remove the AC/DC power cord from the air compressor, When the air compressor cools down, put them back into the groove at the back of the air compressor and put it in the package for next usage.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: The Air Compressor will not inflate
- Ensure the in-line fuse is securely inserted correctly; replace the fuse if necessary.
- Check the vehicle cigarette lighter fuse, it should be rated at 15A.
- Ensure there is a strong connection with the power cord and DC 12V cigarette lighter.
- Ensure there is a strong connection with the power cord and AC socket.
- Preset tire pressure is lower than current tire pressure, increase the preset tire pressure to the manufacturer’s recommended level.
Q: The Air Compressor is operating abnormally
- The inflation nozzle is not connected properly to the tire’s valve stem.
- The power source is not connected securely.
- Preset tire pressure is lower than current tire pressure, increase the preset tire pressure to the manufacturer’s recommended level.
Q: Air leaking through the hose
- The connection between the air nozzle and the tire valve is not connected securely.
Q: Slow inflation
- A: (1 )Excessive use will slow the inflation rate of the air compressor. The optimum time for continuous use is 15 minutes. After extended use, let the pump rest for 10 minutes before using it again.
