QUICK START GUIDE
Assemble the NutraMilk (Continued)

Carefully align cutting blade with the center post of the base and press firmly to install.
WARNING: LACERATION HAZARD Handle blade carefully; it is very sharp. Make sure unit is unplugged before installing or removing blade. -
Place wiper blades into the inner filter.

Replace the lid and twist it clockwise to lock it into place.

Lower arm to lock into the top of the lid.

Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. Refer to User Manual for grounding instructions.

Press the power switch at the back of the appliance. The LCD readout will display “00”.
What’s in the Box?
Assemble the NutraMilk
- Set the base on a flat surface with the arm tilted up from the base.
- Place the mixing basin on the center of the base with spigot hole towards the front (1).
- Twist basin to lock in place (2).
- Insert the neck of the dispensing spigot into a hole at front of the mixing basin until it clicks into place (3).
- Rotate the lid counter-clockwise to unlock and remove.
- Insert the inner filter within the mixing basin and center it into position.
Making Alternative Butter

Add ingredients.

Book for recommended ingredient measurements. -
Press the BUTTER button, then the START/STOP button to start the butter cycle.

Refer to User Manual or Recipe Book for recommended processing times for various ingredients.
Making Alternative Milk
- Butter your ingredients following the instructions above.
- Add up to 2L of water once butter process is complete.
Note: Only use cool water when making alternative milk. Do not use hot water in your NutraMilk or you may damage your machine!

Press the MIX button, then the START/STOP button to start making alternative milk.

When the alternative milk is ready to drink, press the dispense button, then the START/STOP button to dispense the milk. Open the spigot to dispense into another container.

Refrigerate alternative milk in a sealed container for up to 5-6 days.
Cleaning the NutraMilk
- Clean the outside of the base and the attached arm with a damp, soft cloth.
- Disassemble and clean the basins, blades, and wiper blades with dish detergent and rinse thoroughly with water OR wash in a dishwasher (top rack recommended).
- Use the enclosed cleaning brush to clean the steel mesh on the inner filter.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- After cleaning, dry all components thoroughly prior to storage.
WARNING: Never immerse the base in water or other liquids.
WARNING: Always unplug the appliance prior to cleaning.
Troubleshooting
-
If the LCD displays “Er” when any function button is pressed, the components have not been assembled correctly. Unplug the unit and re-assemble its components.
Components to check:
– Ensure the mixing basin is securely locked into place.
– Ensure the lid is fully locked by turning it counterclockwise to open and then clockwise to close and lock.
– With lid locked, ensure that the arm is locked into the lid securely. If the wiper drive gear does not line up when lowering the arm into place, rotate the wiper blades a quarter turn by hand and lower arm again. -
