Product Usage Instructions
Pairing
First Pairing
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop.
- Open the headphones, ensure the red and blue indicator lights flash.
- Select N7 on your phone/laptop and connect the device. The lights turn off when connected successfully.
- The headphones will automatically turn off if not connected within 5 minutes.
Dual Pairing
- Connect your neckband with Device 1.
- Turn off the Bluetooth of Device 1 and connect neckband with Device 2.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of Device 1, both devices will be paired to use.
Product Control
- Play/Pause: Short press power button
- Previous Song: Short press for -2 clicks
- Next Song: Short press for +2 clicks
- Volume Up: Short press +
- Volume Down: Short press –
Reset
Long press + & – for 5 seconds to reset the earbuds.
Answering/Ending Calls and Voice Assistant
- Answer a Call: Short press the power button once
- End a Call: Long press the power button for 2 seconds
- Voice Assistant: Press the power button twice
Product Charging
To Charge: Plug the USB type-C to charge the device. Red light is on until fully charged, then the blue light turns on.

Power On
Long press power button for 3 seconds, and the Blue light on 1 second.
Power Off
Long press power button for 5 seconds, and the red light on 1 second.
First Pairing
Setp1: Please turn on the bluetooth function on your cellphone/laptop.
Step2: Open the headphones, make sure the red and blue indicator lights flash.
Step3: Selec“t N7”on your phone/laptop and connect the device, the red and blue lights off when you connect successfully.
(The headphones will automatically turn off if not connected to the device within 5 minutes.)
