that description is incorrect. It uses batteries which are provided.

What is the warranty included?

the box says that there is a 5-year limited warranty. You may need to contact Omron in the event that you need them to replace your item.

Can this be used on the right arm?

It does seem awkward to use on right arm, however … It’s a good idea to check both arms occasionally to be sure that blood pressure in each arm is about the same

Does this light up for the reading?

No, it does not have backlighting. The screen is easy to read in a lit room.
