  • The instructions for use must be kept for the entire life of the universal child restraint system.

WARNING

  1. This car seat provides optimal safety in all mounting positions for which it is designed.
  2. This is an improved i-Size child restraint system (40-105 cm). Approved according to European Regulation 129 (ECE R129), for use in i-Size compatible car seats, as specified in the car manufacturer’s manual. If you have any questions, consult the manufacturer or distributor of an enhanced child restraint system.
  3. This is an i-Size child restraint system (76-105 cm). It is approved according to European regulations ECE R129, for use in i-Size compatible car seats, as specified in the car manufacturer’s manual. If you have any questions, consult the manufacturer or distributor of an enhanced child restraint system.
  4. This is a booster seat (100-150cm) and is an improved child restraint system. It is approved according to European Regulation R129/03 for use in specific automobiles described in the applicable vehicle list. If you have any questions, consult the manufacturer or distributor of an advanced child restraint system.
  5. This is an ‘1-Size Universal” child restraint system approved according to European regulations ECE R129 for general use in automobiles, although it is not suitable for all cars.
  6. Must be installed on vehicles for which the manufacturer has indicated in the vehicle owner’s manual that the vehicle is suitable for an “i-Size Universal” child restraint system for this age group.
  7. The product is approved according to European regulations ECE R129 and can be used for children’s height between 40 and 150 cm.
  8. Make sure the restraint system is properly secured before driving.
  9. All belts securing the restraint system to the vehicle must be tight, with the support leg in contact with the vehicle floor. Belts or crash protection systems that restrain the child must fit the child’s body and the belts must not be twisted.
  10. Make sure any straps or belts restraining the child are not bent or twisted and are tight.
  11. Make sure the seat belt is positioned as low as possible on the child’s hips on both sides.
  12. In the event of an accident, even if there is no visible damage, the seat may not be safe. The seat should be replaced after being subjected to sudden, heavy loads related to an accident.
  13. Instructional illustrations are for informational purposes only. The child restraint system may have slight differences from the photographs or images in the instruction manual. These variations do not affect its approval according to Regulation ECE R129.
  14. Under no circumstances should the car seat be installed in the rear-facing passenger seat of the vehicle if there is an active airbag.
  15. Please read the instructions carefully, as incorrect installation may cause serious injury. In this case, the manufacturer is not responsible.
  16. Make sure all locking devices are activated before use.
  17. It is dangerous to make changes or additions to the safety seat without the approval of the competent authority. It is dangerous not to strictly follow the installation instructions provided by the toy car kit manufacturer.
  18. Never use the car seat without the cover or belt protectors.
  19. Be sure to protect the child’s seat from direct sunlight, as it may become hot and hurt the child.
  20. The car seat must remain permanently installed in the vehicle, even when the child is not in it. Never leave a child unattended when in a safety seat, even when the seat is outside the vehicle.
  21. Make sure that any luggage or items that could cause injury in the event of an accident are securely secured.
  22. The child restraint cover should not be replaced unless recommended by the manufacturer, as it is an integral part of the child restraint system.
  23. Must be installed on vehicles for which the manufacturer indicates in the vehicle owner’s manual that the vehicle is suitable for an “i-Size Universal” child restraint system for this age group.
  24. Safety is only guaranteed if the child restraint system is installed by these instructions.
  25. For the enhanced i-Size child restraint system, the user must read the vehicle manufacturer’s instruction manual.
  26. Do not use forward-facing before the child is 15 months old.
  27. Do not use the car seat in the “rear-facing” position in a passenger seat equipped with an airbag. This could result in death or serious injury.
  28. It is important to ensure that the seat belt is placed low so that the pelvis is well supported.
  29. The instructions for the child restraint system must be kept throughout the entire period of operation.
  30. The hard components or plastic parts of the child restraint system must be deployed and installed in such a way that during daily use of the vehicle, they are not blocked by the removable seats or doors. Avoid getting seat or car belts caught between car doors or rubbing against sharp parts of the seat or body.
  31. All belts that secure the safety system to the vehicle must be tensioned, and all belts that restrain the child must be adjusted according to the child’s body. The twisting of belts is not pem, fitted.
  32. Do not use any contact support point other than that described in the instructions and marked on the child restraint system.
  33. If the child restraint system offers an alternative point of contact and you believe that using this alternative route is not satisfactory, contact the manufacturer of the child restraint system.
  34. Install the car seat in the seating positions indicated in these instructions.
  35. Don’t use the car seat at home. It is not intended for home use and should only be used in the vehicle.
  36. Before placing a removable or adjustable part on the child seat, you must remove your child from the child seat.
  37. Periodically inspect the harnesses, paying special attention to the anchor points, safety protections and adjusters.
  38. Do not leave the buckle partially closed, it must be locked when all the fronts are in place. In an emergency, you must be able to remove the child from the seat immediately. You mustteach the child not to play with the buckle.
  39. Keep the child seat in a safe place away from children when not in use. Avoid placing heavy objects on the chair. Prevent your car seat from coming into contact with corrosive substances such as battery acid.

NOTICE
Do NOT install in front seats except in these specific cases:

  1. When the car does not have back seats.
  2. When all backseats are occupied by children less than or equal to 135 cm tall.
  3. When it is not possible to install all child restraints in the back seats.

In seats with ISOFIX anchorages and Top Tether anchor points and 3-point belt (car’s seat belt).

ATTENTION
The child seat must only be used in this seat IF it has ISOFIX anchorages, top tether points a lap and 3 3-point belts: diagonal (A) and abdominal (B).

PRECAUTIONS FOR PRODUCT USE

  • This product can be rearward-facing and used for children with a height of 40-105cm (Weight: 0-18kg) using ISOFIX+Support leg to fix the child restraint system.
  • This product can also be forward-facing and used by a 5-point safety system for children with a height of 76-105cm (Weight 9-18kg), using ISOFIX+Support leg to fix the child restraint system.
  • This product can also be forward-facing and used for children with a height of 100-150cm (Weight: 15-36kg) using the adult three-point belt to fix the child restraint system or using ISOFIX and adult three-point belt together to fix the child restraint system.
  • Do not use any load-bearing contact points other than those described in the instructions and marked in the child restraint when in 100-150cm.
  • Please keep it for future reference. A storage compartment for the instructions is located on the back of the child seat
  • Do not use this child seat at home. It has not been designed for home use and should only be used in your car.
  • Do not use rearward-facing child seats in seating positions where there is an active frontal airbag installed, death or serious injury can occur.
  • For the reason of safety, the child seat must be fixed inside the vehicle using ISOFIX anchorages even if you do not put your child inside the child seat
  • The rigid items and plastic parts of a child seat shall be located and installed in such a way that they are not liable during everyday use of the vehicle to become trapped by a moveable seat or in a door of the vehicle.
  • Any straps holding the restraint to the vehicle should be tightened.
  • Any support leg should be in contact with the vehicle floor.
  • Any straps restraining the child should be adjusted to the child’s body.
  • Straps should not be twisted.
  • Ensure that any lap straps are worn low down so that the pelvis is firmly engaged shall be stressed.
  • The device should be replaced when it has been subject to violent stresses in an accident
  • It’s dangerous to make any alterations or additions to the device without the approval of the Type Approval Authority. It is also dangerous not to follow closely the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
  • When the chair is not provided with a textile cover the chair should be kept away from sunlight, otherwise it may be too hot for the child’s skin.
  • Do not leave the child in the device unattended.
  • Any luggage or other object liable to cause injuries in the event of a collision shall be properly secured.
  • The ECRS shall not be used without the cover.
  • The seat cover should not be replaced with any other than the one recommended by the manufacturer because the cover constitutes an integral part of the restraint performance.
  • The instructions shall be retained on the device for its life period or in the vehicle manual in case of built-in restraints.
  • The user shall also be referred to the vehicle manufacturer’s manual.
  • Never use a second-hand product as you can never be certain what might have happened to it

SEAT INSTALLATION POSITION IN THE VEHICLE

HEADREST ADJUSTMENT

  • As shown in the picture you can adjust the headrest up and down by pulling on the headrest adjustment tab ( Fig. 1 ) and adjusting the headrest to a position suilablefor thechild’shead.

CHECKING THE SHOULDER STRAP HEIGHT

  • 1. Too low 2. Too high 3. Slightly higher Always check that the shoulder straps ( Fig.6) are at the correct height for your child.
  • The child’s shoulder straps should always be threaded through the slots in the cover and seat shell that is closest to the top of your child’s shoulders.

BUCKLE USAGE

  • Get the left and the right pieces of buckle together. Insert the two pieces into the slot of the buckle. At the same time hearing”Click” means the buckle gets stuck.
  • Pull the pieces of the buckle and check whether the buckle is locked correctly. Buckle (Fig. 8) ( sketch map).
  • NOTICE! If you want to release the safety belts you need to press the red button. Then the pieces pop up.

LENGHT OF HARNESS ADJUSTMENT

  • Loosen the harness (Fig. 12) The harness can be slackened by pressing the adjuster (under the seat cover) (Fig.10) on the front of the seat.
  • Press down the adjuster as you grip the two harnesses with the other hand. Pull the harness towards you to loosen the harness.

ISOFIX ATTACHMENTS ADJUSTMENT

  • The ISOFIX attachments can be adjusted for many positions to fit the different positions of ISO FIX (Fig. 14) low anchorages expending from the car seat Press down the release button(Fig. 15)to adjust the ISOFIX attachment of both sides to the longest. Snap the ISOFIX into the ISOFIX Anchor points. Make sure that you have heard a “click” and the ISOFIX latching indication shows
  • GREEN. If you want to release the ISOFIX attachments you can do it after the installation is finished. Push the red release button of the ISOFIX chuck in the direction as shown. The ISOFIX chuck will

After installing the ISOFIX chuck push the child restraint forward untill it is tight against the car seat. Now the ISOFIX base is installed in place.
ONE-CLICK ADJUSTMENT METHOD: ROTATION & ADJUST THE GEAR
Pull back and forth to adjust the child seat to gear F1/F2/F3/F4. (Fig. 11)
Rotate left and right, and adjust the child seat to forward-facing (height: 76-105cm) or rearward-facing (height:40-105cm). When the child seat is rearward-facing it can also be adjusted to gear R1/R2/R3/R4. NOTICE! Do not hover the child seat at 90° degrees when the vehicle is in motion.

ADJUST METHOD OF SUPPORT LEG

  • Lift the bottom of the seat and spread the supporting leg(Fig. 17 )outward to about 45° degrees. 2. Hold the support leg and pull it forward until you see the green mark and then place the supporting leg at 90° degrees perpendicular to the ground.
  • The method to adjust the lenght of the support leg (Fig. 17 )Press and hold the adjustment button on the support leg.
  • Then adjust the length up and down until it hits the car’s ground. The bottom of the support leg will turn GREEN.
  • When it is needed to store the supporting leg put them away in order of 3>2>1.
  • NOTICE! The supporting lea should be tilted about 45° degrees and then push the supporting lea cover in. Final v snap the support lea into the bottom groove.

INSTALLATION OF REARWARD-FACING ISOFIX + SUPPORT LEG, 40-105CM

  • Step 1. Raise the seat slightly, take out the support legs (Fig. 17) from the grooves of the base and then make the support legs 90 ° degrees perpendicular to the ground (see 3.8 )
  • Step2. Push ISOFIX on both sides of th base and dip it into the ISOFIX Anchor points. When a “CLICK” sound is heard the ISOFIX release button(Fig. 15 )is displayed in GREEN color.
  • Step3. Press and hold the adjustment button on the support leg(Fig. 17)to adjust the lenght up and down until it contacts the vehice ground and the bottom of the support leg will be shown GREEN.
  • Step4. Turn the rotation adjuster (Fig. 11 )to rotate the seat to the 90 ° degrees hover direction then place the child on the safety seat, lock the buckle(Fig. 8 )and tighten the front tether. Fig. 12) On the premise of not causing discomfort to children tighten the shoulder belt as much as possible. The crotch straps should be as low as possible and should be located close to the crotch and not the abdomen. To ensure the comfort of your child the safety belt must not be twisted.
  • Step5. Turn the rotation adjuster(Fig. 11 )and adjust the 90° degrees hover state to rearward-facing. The vehicle can only drive after hearing the “CLICK” sound. Pay attention! DO NOT drive when the safety seat is in the location of one hover

INSTALLATION OF FORWARD-FACING ISOFIX+SUPPORT LEG, 76-105CM

  • Step 1. Raise the seat slightly, take out the support legs (Fig. 17) from the grooves of the base and then make the support legs 90° degrees perpendicular to the ground (see 3.8)
  • Step 2. Push ISOFIX on both sides of the base and clip it into the ISOFIX Anchor points. When a “CLICK” is heard the ISOFIX release button(Fig. 15 )is displayed in GREEN color.
  • Step 3. Press and hold the adjustment button on the support leg(Fig. 15)to adjust the lenght up and down until it contacts the vehicle ground and the bottom of the support leg wi be shown GREEN.
  • Step 4. Put the child in the safety seat and lock the buckle(Fig. 8 )tighten the front tether (Fig. 12) Please adiust the angle adjuster under the seat to choose a comfortable angle.

INSTALLATION OF FORWARD-FACING ISOFIX+3 POINT BELT, 100-150 CM (See Figures 1-5)

  • Step1. Store the support leg (Fig. 17)1. Press and hold the adjustment button on the support leg and stow the support leg.; 2. Then lift the seat and fold the support leg back into the seat bottom groove.; 3. Finally, push the front protruding part inwards.;
  • Step 2. Push ISOFIX on both sides of the base and clip it into the ISOFIX Anchor points. When a “CLICK” is heard the ISOFIX release button (Fig. 15 )is displayed in GREEN color. See Fig. 3.6 How to store the buckle and shoulder strap sleeve to remove the parts.
  • Step3. Put the child into the safety seat, and adjust the headrest up and down according to the height of the child. See Fig.4
  • Step4. Pull out the adult 3-point belt, (See Fig. 5): Clip the vehicle shoulder belt into the belt guide hook of the headrest and then clip the vehicle shoulder and lap belt together into the belt guide slot on the side of the seat. Finally, lock the buckle.

REMOVAL AND ASSEMBLE OF THE FABRIC COVER

  • First – Unlock the buckle. (Fig. 8)
  • Second – Take off the cushion. (Fig. 7)
  • Third – Open both shoulder sleeves. (Fig. 5)
  • Fourth – Remove the cover on the headrest (Fig. 2)
  • Finally – Remove the cloth cover along the edge of the seat. If you want to reinstall the cloth cover, please follow the reverse steps to install it. You can use the cloth cover plug plate to install them.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • In daily use, check periodically the child seat. The child seat should be replaced after an accident.
  • Please keep this child’s car seat in a dry and ventilated place to avoid damp mouldy.
  • If the car seat becomes dusty, dean the seat belt and the plastic pieces by swiping them with a damp sponge and letting it dry under ambience.
  • If food or drink drops accidently on the buckle disassemble the seat belt from the child seat and rinse it gently on warm water. Leave it dry under ambience.
  • For cleaning the entire child seat fabric cover, please refer to the 5.2 washing instructions.

WASHING

  • Never waste, valerate, chemical deterge or act on any part of your child seat.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Dry clean. Use any solvent except trichloroethylene.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron.
