Product Usage Instructions

  • Charging the Power Station
    To recharge the power station, use the provided DC input port with a compatible charger. Follow the provided specifications for input wattage to ensure safe and efficient charging.

  • Using the Power Station

    • For USB-A and USB-C ports, devices can be plugged in for automatic charging. Unplugging the devices will turn off charging automatically.
    • The car socket and AC output port require manual activation using the corresponding on/off buttons before charging.
    • Keep Power Saving Mode turned on to avoid unnecessary power drain, except when charging low-powered devices like CPAP machines or cameras.
  • Power Saving Mode
    Switch on Power Saving Mode to automatically turn off the power station when all devices are fully charged. This helps prevent wastage of power. Turn off Power Saving Mode for stable charging over extended periods.

  • Flashlight Mode
    To use the ambient light, press the button once. Hold the button for 2 seconds to activate SOS mode in case of emergencies.

  • Troubleshooting
    If the power station malfunctions, perform a factory reset by inserting a paper clip or pin into the reset hole for 1 second. If issues persist, contact support for assistance.

FAQ

Q1: What's the maximum power output of the AC port?

A1: The max power output of the AC port is 300W. Devices exceeding this limit will trigger an automatic shutdown.

Q2: Can I recharge the product while charging connected devices?

A2: Yes, you can recharge the product while charging connected devices.

Q3: Can this product power a CPAP?

A3: Yes, this product can power a CPAP machine. Remember to disable Power Saving Mode when using it for CPAP machines.

Q4: Will this product lose power automatically if not powered off?

A4: Yes, when the car socket or AC control button is turned on, even without connected devices, there will be some power consumption. It's advisable to keep Power Saving Mode on except for specific device charging needs.

Q5: What kind of solar charger can charge this product?

A5: Any 11V-28V solar charger with a DC 8mm (DC 7909) male connector can charge this product.

  • Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time
  • When your portable power station only has 1% battery remaining, the indicators will flicker to remind you to recharge the device.

  1. The USB-A and USB-C ports support plug and charge. When devices are plugged in, they will start charging automatically; when devices are unplugged, they will turn off automatically.
  2. The car socket and AC output port do not support plug and charge. Use the corresponding on/off buttons to turn them on before charging.
  3. To avoid draining the battery, we recommend keeping Power Saving Mode turned on except when you are charging low-powered devices like CPAP machines and cameras.

Power Saving Mode

  • Switching on the power saving mode prevents wasting power by automatically turning off the Power Station once all your devices are fully charged.
  • Switching off the power-saving mode will enable stable charging over an extended period, such as for time-lapse photography or for sleeping with a CPAP machine.

If your Power Station isn’t working correctly, insert a paper clip or pin into the reset hole for 1 second for a factory reset. If the Power Statton still doesn’t work, please contact support@anker.com.

  • Do not use the product above its output rating. Overload outputs above the rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.

  • Do not operate the product with a damaged cord or plug, or a damaged output cable.

  • Do not be exposed to fire or high temperatures. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 130°C may cause an explosion.
  • To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the power pack from the outlet before attempting any instructed servicing.
  • Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained
  • When charging a device, the product may feel warm, this is a normal operating condition and should not be cause for concern.
  • When charging the internal battery, work in a well-ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way.
  • Do not clean the product with harmful chemicals or detergents
  • Misuse, dropping or excessive force may cause product damage.
  • When disposing of secondary cells or batteries, keep cells or batteries of different electrochemical systems separate from each other
  • Do not use or store the power station in direct sunlight for an extended period, such as in a car, cargo bed, or any other place where it will be exposed to high temperatures. Doing so may cause the product to malfunction, deteriorate, or generate heat.
  • Do not use the product for applications such as data servers or medical equipment where a malfunction in an emergency could seriously endanger human life or property.

Storage and Maintenance instructions

  1. Store the product between 32°F-104 °F (0°C-40°C). Avoid exposing the product to rain or using the product in a humid environment.
  2. To preserve the battery lifespan, charge to 100% after use. If you plan to store your power station, recharge to 100% every 3 months.
  3. Keep the product on a flat surface when using, charging, and storing.

Anker Portable Power Station’s Warranty Policy

  • All Anker portable power stations purchased on AnkerDirect and Anker authorized resellers come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below. By using an Anker portable power station, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Anker limited warranty.
  • We provide a 5-year limited warranty for purchases made on AnkerDirect and Anker authorized resellers. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
  • Anker:s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations
Not covered under warranty:

  • Products that are damaged or modified.
  • Products operated with a damaged cord, plug, or output cable.
  • Products that are disassembled.
  • Products that are cleaned with harmful chemicals or detergents.
  • Non-quality related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been refunded.
  • Products with an expired warranty.
  • Lost, stolen or complimentary items.
  • Damage from outside sources.
  • Repairs through 3rd parties.
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to falls, use of the product over its output rating, exposure of the product to rain or snow, extremely low air pressure, and extreme temperatures).
  • Purchases from illegitimate resources.
  • Batteries that are damaged when not used for a long time or not properly maintained according to the user manual.

  • Loss of data incurred from the use of Anker products.
  • Returning personal items sent to Anker.

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Anker, Anker takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Anker does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit due to non-quality-related warranty claims.
