- Incubate sample according to SOP.
Daily Setup
- Turn on Innovate instrument.
- Launch Innovate Software.
- Make sure LED light turns green.
- Run Wash for Injectors 1 and 3.
- Reconstitute reagents and/or check volume.
- Reconstituted reagents are good for 5 days in cooling unit.
- Reconstituted reagents are good for 5 days in cooling unit.
- Insert Injector 1 into ATX and Injector 3 into Sensilux before priming. Then set-up plate prep with daily controls and run.
- See Customer Guide for Details.
- Use Plate Prep to create a RS_Dairy Run and enter sample information* Then click Run Plate.
- Multiple product types can be tested in the same run.

Run Test
- Pipette 50 microliters of samples into microtiter plate wells.
- Click Start to begin run, then load sample plate and click next.
- Review results on screen.
- See Customer Guide for details.
- Remove microtiter plate.
- Run Wash for Injectors 1 and 3 at end of day or every 8 hours.
- Do not leave Injectors 1 and 3 in reagents for more than 8 hours. Power down Innovate System.
