Product Usage Instructions
Setup CPE
For detailed installation instructions, refer to the Quick Start Guide.
Install SIM Card
- Ensure you have the correct Nano-SIM (4FF).
- Gently insert the SIM card into the slot until it clicks.
Note:
To remove the SIM card, gently press it until it clicks and it will pop out
automatically.
Connection
- Connect the power adapter to the 5G CPE.
- Press the power button to turn on the device. The initialization process will start.
- Once the indicator stops flashing, the 5G CPE has completed initialization and is ready to use.
Login WEB GUI
Login
- Connect the device to a laptop via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
- Open a browser and enter 192.168.8.1 or http://my.5g.device/.
- Enter username & password (default: admin/admin).
Web Instruction
- Home Page: After login, you will be directed to the home page.
- User List Page: View and manage user information including black/white lists in MAC filter mode.
- Wi-Fi Settings Page: Configure Wi-Fi parameters like band, SSID, key, channel, and bandwidth.
- APP Module Page: Check device status and configure settings.
- Status Page: View device connection status, WAN IP, DNS, boot time, etc.

Q: How do I change the login password?
A: Go to APP MODULE -> Admin Settings, input the new password, confirm, and click Apply. -
Q: How can I change the network mode?
A: Navigate to APP MODULE -> Network Settings, and select the desired network mode from the dropdown list.

Install SIM Card
- Make sure you use the correct SIM card: Nano-SIM (4FF).
- Insert the SIM card gently into the SIM card slot in the direction shown in the figure below until it clicks.
Note:
If you want to remove the SIM card, please gently press the SIM card in until
it clicks, and then the card will pop out automatically.
Connection
Please connect and install the device as shown in the figure below.
- Connect the power adapter to the 5G CPE.
- Press the power button to turn on the device, and 5G CPE will initialize the start-up process.
- When the indicator stostopsashing, the 5G CPE complete the initialization and starts work.
Login WEB GUI
Login
To log in Web GUI, please follow the below steps:
- Connect the device to the laptop either over an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
- Open the browser and input 192.168.8.1 or http://my.5g.device/.
- Input username & password (admin/admin).
Web Instruction
Home page
After login Web GUI then will jump to the home page.
User list page
It will show current user information. You can enable a black list or white
list in the MAC filter mode page, and add/delete forbidden/allowed users.
Wi-Fi Settings page
You can change Wi-Fi parameters, such as Wi-Fi band, Wi-Fi SSID, Wi-Fi Key,
channel, channel bandwidth and so on.
APP module page
It’s a guidance page, users can check device status and configure device
settings from the items on this page.
Status page
Login to Web GUI, then go to APP MODULE > Status page, we can get the device
connection status, WAN IP, DNS, and boot time…..from this page.
Change login password
To change your login password, please follow the below steps:
- Go to APP MODULE -> Admin Settings.
- Input the new password and confirm, then click “Apply” to take effect.
Network settings
Network Mode
The device allows the user to change network modes, such as 5G-SA, 5G-NSA, 4G
only, and 3G only. To change network mode, please follow the below steps:
- Go to APP MODULE -> Network Settings.
- Select the network mode from drop-down list.
APN settings
To change your APN manually, please follow the below steps:
- Go to APP MODULE -> Network Settings.
- Change profile mode to manual, then input APN or other parameters that you are needed. Click “Apply” to take effect. If you want to set more different APNs, you can select from the APN list and fill in the parameters.
WAN settings
If you want to use a WAN cable/PPPoE/WiFi Extender, you can go to APP Module
-> WAN settings to select WAN type from the drop-down list.
CPE also support secondary WAN type, mobile ping also should be enabled. When the main WAN type has no network service, the device will switch to the secondary WAN type automatically. If the WAN type has network service, the device will switch back to the main WAN type automatically.
Position recommend
Please login to Web UI, go to APP Module -> use the position recommend
function to help you decide on location selection. Measure the signal at some
positions, and recommend the best.
Firmware Upgrading
There are 2 methods to upgrade the device:
- FOTA – To upgrade the device over the air. Please keep the device powered on and ensure it has internet connectivity.
- Local Upgrade – To upgrade the firmware that was downloaded to local.
Preparation for FOTA
Please share the below information of the device with us for enabling the
FOTA:
- IMEI of the device.
- The firmware version of the device.
To get the above information please go to APP MODULE -> Status to check the firmware version and IMEI of the device.
Local Upgrade
Firstly, please get the upgrading package or image file from us.
- Login to Webui.
- Go to APP MODULE -> Update page.
- Choose Firmware Management -> Select File -> Choose Firmware Package -> Click Apply button.
- The device will download the upgrade file from your PC and install it automatically.
- After installation is completed, the device reboots automatically.
Login to the engineering page
Basic 3 steps of login engineering page:
- Connect the device to the laptop.
- Open the browser and enter http://my.5g.device/engineering.html.
- Input engineering page username & password (superadmin/superadmin).
