KuWFi CF5 4G Router With SIM Slot Outdoor Router

Brief Introduction

This product offers a secure internet-sharing service to multiple terminal users. WiFi devices(Smartphones, Tablets, PCs) can get access to the internet through this device, and enjoy 4G/3G/2G high-speed services. The connection process depends on the system of each WiFi device, please follow the prompting messages.

• Get access to the internet through an ethernet cable.
  When getting access to the internet through ethernet cable:

• Get access to the internet through 4G/3G/2G
  Get access to the internet by inserting a SIM card and connecting to the device.

• Reset button Long press 5s to reset factory settings.

Status Indicator

Indicator status can tell the current device’s working status.

WiFi Connection

Windows 7

1. Click Start>Control Panels Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center>Connect network
2. Choose the right SSID Of the device, and click connect.
3. Type in the correct password and connect.
4. Wait for a while till it is connected.
   Tip:
   Before connecting to WiFi, please make sure the PC(or other devices) has the wireless network card, as shown in the image, click the wireless network list, if it shows the list, then the wireless network card works, otherwise you need to check your wireless network card.

Android Mobile phone

1. Setting, click WLAN, switch on WLAN
2. Choose the right SSID
3. Type in the correct password and connect.
4. Wait for a while till it is connected.

Backstage Configuration

Log in to the WEB management interface
Please follow the below steps to log in to the management interface

1. Make sure the WiFi between the device and other wifi devices or PCs are connected normally.
2. Open the browser, and type in [http://192.168.199.1], and enter.
3. Type in your name and password, and log in to the management interface, the default username and password are both “admin”

Device Information

Users can find the current detailed information, namely: SIM card No., IMEI, IMSI, SSID, Max user No., Wi-Fi Performance, LAN name, IP/MAC/WAN IP address, Software/Firmware/Hardware version information, data statistics and data limitation settings.

Statistics

Shows the current upload/download speed, current and monthly connection duration, and total used data.Data limit settings

Date setting of clearing data, Type of clearing data, and data limitation monthly.

Ethernet Settings

Choose ethernet connection, auto as default.

Basic Settings

Modify wireless network parameters(SSID, SSID broadcast, max WIFI users No. etc.)

Account Management

Modify current user name, password

Reset Factory Settings

Reset factory settings, and restart the device.

APN setup

The following is how to set the APN:

• You need to click on “APN” in “network settings” and then click on “add new”.
• Please fill in “Profile Name”, “APN”, “MCC” and “mnc” and click “Apply”.

PIN Management

About the setting method of PIN:
Please open ” settings, then click “Device settings” and “PIN management”, please select “disable” in the “PIN status” option, and finally click “apply”. If the “PIN Status” of the router is disabled, you do not need to perform this step.

Router Setting

The following is how to change the IP address:
You need to click “disconnect” next to the network connection option on the homepage. Then click “Router Setting” in “setting” and modify it, and finally click “Apply”.

Accessory list/Warning and notice

• Please don’t start it in the place where it is forbidden or it may cause interference or damage.
• When get close to high-precision instruments, please turn it off, it may affect the performance of the devices(such as the embedded medical equipment)
• Please don’t put the device in a place where an explosion may happen.
• Keep the device dry, and keep any liquid from it to avoid any damage
• Don’t throw, hit the device, it will damage the PCBA and affect the performance.
• Don’t operate it with wet hands, it may cause an electric shock.
• It will get hot which is normal when it is put in a place with a weak signal or high temperature for a long time. It will not influence its usage and the life of it, don’t touch it with skin for a long time.
• Don’t store it in a high-temperature environment, it will shorten the life of the device, damage it, or cause an explosion.
