Connect its WiFi. SSID: CPE-XXXX. WiFi Keys: 9876543210

Login WebUI（172.16.0.1） User Name: admin. Password: admin.

Mode Setting, 4G Mode /Router Mode /AP Mode

APN Setting Page, fill the correct APN

Modify the WiFi SSID and Password

Modify WeBUI’s Password.

View APN information from cell phone / Contact SIM operator to get APN
NOTES
Connect WiFi but no network data connection.
At this time, you should confirm that the APN settings in the network settings are correct.
You can install the SIM card in your cell phone.
Then view the APN information in the mobile network access point. Finally, set the correct APN manually in the network settings. If there is a problem still, please contact the seller, your problem will be solved.
