Product Usage Instructions
Installation Instructions:
Marking and Drilling
Mark the centre lines and hole spacings on both sides of the door. Drill holes
through the door for the through bolts using the 8mm drill bit.
Pilot Holes for Wood Screws
Drill pilot holes for the wood screws using the 2mm drill bit.
Drilling for Spindle
Using the 12mm drill bit, drill through the center of the door for the
spindle.
Fixing Spindles
Cut snap-off screws to size smaller than the door’s depth. Screw the fixed
spindles to the door with the through bolts.
Attaching Handles and Roses
Drive the wood screws into the door. Screw the rose onto the fixing plate and
then attach the handle to the spindle.
Gap Adjustment
If there is a gap larger than 1mm between the handle and rose after attaching,
use a washer to fill the gap. Screw the grub screw into the handle and ensure
it is level.
Final Checks
Verify that the handle turns smoothly. If necessary, uninstall and re-adjust.

Applying Thread Lock
Apply the provided thread lock to the spindle.
Replacing Grub Screws
Replace the grub screw in the handle with the pre-applied thread lock grub
screws. Tighten the grub screw securely and allow the thread lock to set for
45 minutes.

INSTRUCTION
- Mark the centre lines and hole spacings on both sides the door
- Drill holes through the door for the through bolts with the 8mm drill bit
- Drill pilot holes for the wood screws with the 2mm bit
- Using the 12mm drill bit, drill through the centre for the spindle
- Clip snap off screws to size so that they are smaller than the depth of the door
- Screw the fixed spindles to the door with the through bolts
- Drive the wood screws into the door
- Screw the rose on to the fixing plate and then the handle on to the spindle
- If after screwing the handle on there is a gap bigger than a 1mm between the handle and rose, use the washer to fill the gap
- Screw the grubscrew in to the handle and make it it is level
- Check the handles turns smoothly
- Uninstall the handle
- Apply the provided thread lock to the spindle
- Replace the grub screw in the handle with the grub screws with pre-applied threadlock
- Tightly screw in the grub screw and wait for the thredlcok to set
