Euro Module Fitting Instructions
All modules clip to the yoke with the same snap fit mechanism. If you are
struggling with the wiring or terminology, we recommend consulting a
professional electrician.
USB Module
The USB module only receives power cables and does not transmit data. To wire
simply attach a live and neutral feed into the module. If the terminals will
not take the two ring main feeds a terminal box and spur can be used to power
the module.
Terminal F, Aerial 4 Outlet and TV Terminals
When a satellite cable needs to be terminated, expose the specified amount of
cable and sheath. Once these are exposed open the module and terminate cables
in respective terminals, ensuring the two do not contact. Closing the module
will clamp the cable in place securely.
CAT6, BT Slave, BT Master and RJ11 Modules
These modules require a specialist tool to connect the cables. When exposing
the cables ensure only the outer casing is cut, leaving all interior wires
intact. Thread the wire through the zip tie and tighten. Lay the corresponding
cable across the terminal, unwinding the cables as little as possible to
reduce interference. Using the tool, push the cables into the terminals and
trim the excess cable.
Electrical Outlets
These modules are wired with a simple Live, Neutral and Earth feed as normal.
