This wireless charger is not compatible with non-Magsafe phone cases, such as Otterbox Defender cases. Do not use an adapter with an output of 5V/1A (5W) or less. High temperatures will reduce charging speed and restrict power, which is something that happens to all wireless chargers. It is recommended that you charge your device in environments with temperatures below 25°C / 77°F.

- Operating temperature should be between 0°C to 35°C / 32°F to 95°F.

- To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.

- Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 100°C may cause an explosion.
- Switch off the power bank when not in use.
