Installation Instructions
- Raise and properly support your vehicle with jack stands. Refer to your owner’s manual for correct jacking points.
- Place a drain pan under the transmission oil pan. Loosen all pan attaching bolts to within a few turns of removal. Carefully break the gasket seal to allow the fluid to drain.
- Once most of the fluid has drained, remove the pan and let the remaining fluid drain into the drain pan.
- Remove the oil filter.
- Install a new filter and torque it to 80-100 in. lbs.
- Clean the transmission flange surface with a safe solvent and allow it to dry.
- Place the new gasket on the cast pan and then install the pan with the supplied hardware. Torque the bolts to 12-16 ft.-lbs.
- Add three quarts of recommended transmission fluid as specified in the owner’s manual. Additional fluid will be required after starting the vehicle.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Start the engine and move the gear selector through the shift pattern.
- Check the fluid level according to the owner’s manual.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
