Product Information

  • Air pressure max: 4-8 bar
  • Air consumption: 3-8 l/s
  • Sound pressure level (LPA): 85 dB(A)
  • Spraying tube length: 0.45-0.3 m
  • Weight: 400 g

Product Usage Instructions

Operating Procedures:

  • Connect the compressed air supply to connector C. Before filling the tank, ensure that the spray gun is working by checking if air is passing through the tool.
  • Mix the paint in a separate container and pour it into tank F, filling it to about two-thirds of its capacity. Stand at a distance of 20-30 cm from the work surface, squeeze the trigger, and direct the jet towards it. Move the spray gun parallel to the work surface while keeping it perpendicular to the surface. Adjust the liquid flow intensity with knob A and the jet width using knob B.

Useful Tips:

  • Ensure the surface to be painted is clean and dry for an even coating.
  • Begin the paint stroke before squeezing the trigger and end it after releasing it.
  • Avoid stopping at one point without releasing the trigger.
  • Thoroughly clean tank F and the tool with appropriate solvents after completing the job.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the spray gun is not working?

A: Check the compressed air supply connection and ensure proper airflow through the tool before proceeding.

Q: How should I adjust the spray for different surfaces?

A: Use knob A to adjust the liquid flow intensity and knob B to control the width of the spray jet based on the surface requirements.

Q: How do I maintain the product for long-lasting use?

A: Clean tank F and the tool thoroughly with suitable solvents after each use to prevent clogging and ensure optimal performance.

SAFETY WARNINGS
  • Never point the tool at yourself or other persons.
  • Do not use the tool improperly
  • Always disconnect the tool when not in use.
  • Keep the tool out of reach of children

WARNING!
WHEN USING THE TOOL, MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO NAKED FLAMES OR FLAMMABLE FUMES IN THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT, WEAR A PROTECTIVE MASK AND ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE TOOL WHEN NOT IN USE.

  • USE: Painting
OPERATING PROCEDURES
  • Connect the compressed air supply to connector C; before filling the tank, check that the spray gun is working (air is passing through the tool); mix the paint in a separate container and then pour it into tank F filling it to about 2/3 of its capacity.
  • Position yourself at a distance of about 20-30 cm from the work surface, squeeze the trigger and direct the jet towards it; move the spray gun parallel to the work surface, keeping it perpendicular to the surface.
  • You can adjust the intensity of the liquid flow with knob A and the width of the jet using knob B.
USEFUL TIPS

Check that the surface to be painted is perfectly clean and dry; to obtain an even coating, the paint stroke should begin before the trigger is squeezed and end after it is released; never stop at one particular point without releasing the trigger; always clean tank F and the tool thoroughly with appropriate solvents when the job is completed.

Tire Inflator

OPERATING PROCEDURES
  • Connect the compressed air supply to fitting A. Connect the inflation fitting B to the valve of the wheel and check the pressure on gauge C. Press trigger D to inflate and keep checking the pressure on the gauge: if the pressure is too high, press trigger D half-way to restore the correct pressure. To avoid damage to the pressure gauge do not let the tyre inflator fall on hard surfaces, to ensure a correct pressure value reading.
  • Use one of the adapters included in the kit (E) to inflate bike inner tubes, balls or other devices

MAINTENANCE

  • Disconnect the air supply during maintenance on the tool.
  • Regularly clean and dry the filter in the system and the pneumatic tool air inlet opening.
  • Lubricate any quick-disconnect coupling on the system to prevent jamming.
  • Drain condensation from the air filter and the compressor daily.
  • To avoid rust formation and to minimize wear, clean and lubricate the tool after each use.
  • Check the tool regularly for loose bolts/screws or parts.
  • In case of power loss: have the tool repaired.
  • Only trained and qualified engineers are allowed to adjust or repair the tool.

What’s In The Box

  • 1pcs bike adapter
  • 1pcs ball needle
  • 1pcs universal needle for inflating devices
