Product Usage Instructions

Charging the Product:
To charge the device, use the included USB charging cable. Connect one end of the cable to the product’s charging port and the other end to a USB adapter or power source. The charging indicator light will be on during charging and turn green when fully charged.

Operating Instructions:

Basic Operations:

  • Boot: Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds until the status indicator lights up green.
  • Shutdown: When the device is on, press and hold the power button until the indicator lights up red to turn it off.

Bluetooth Pairing:
For initial pairing, turn on the device and connect via Bluetooth settings on your phone. For subsequent pairings, press and hold the power button until the green indicator flashes quickly, then connect via Bluetooth settings.

Phone Operating Instructions:

  • Answer Call: Short press power or intercom button.
  • Hang Up Call: While on call, short press power or intercom button.
  • Reject Call: Long press power or intercom button.

Music Operation Instructions:

  • Pause Playback: Click power button.
  • Next Track: Double-click volume + key.
  • Previous Track: Double-click volume – key.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can’t boot:

  1. Ensure ski goggles are fully charged.
  2. Connect charger until red or green indicator lights up, then try turning it on again.

Other faults:

  1. Hold power button for more than 5 seconds to shut down, then restart after 30 seconds.
  2. Connect charger until indicator lights up, disconnect, and try turning it on again.

Snow goggle care

  • Use a clean cloth to wipe the lenses.
  • Never use paper or other rough materials to wipe the lenses. Store the goggles when they are completely dry.
  • Put dry goggles in the box provided; for long-term storage, fully charge the goggles.

Product charging

Troubleshooting

  • Can not boot

Basic operation

On/Off/Pairing Operation Instructions

  • Boot
    Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds, the status indicator lights up green, and there is a “POWER ON” prompt.

  • Bluetooth pairing

    • The first time you turn it on, you can see the green status indicator flashing quickly, open the “Bluetooth” setting interface of the phone, select “OUNCE R2-XXXX”, and connect to the audio Bluetooth.
    • If you need to pair again later, you can press and hold the power button to turn it on, don’t release it until the green indicator light flashes quickly, then release the button, open the “Bluetooth” setting interface of the phone, select “OUNCE R2-XXXX”, and connect to the audio Bluetooth.

Note :

  1. When calling or playing music, the volume of the intercom is adjusted by default.

Team talk
Long press the intercom button and hear the prompt tone, then you can have a radio intercom with your teammates on the same channel.

Radio intercom description:

  • The radio intercom is configured with different frequency bands according to different sales areas. The default configuration is channel 10, and the sub-tone code is 1.
  • The radio transmission power is 0.5W, and the configured channel and transmission power can be used without a license.

Quick sync of radio channels

Different devices can quickly synchronize channels and sub-audio codes, so that multiple devices can talk to each other. When leaving the factory, all devices default to channel 10 and sub-audio code to 1. They can talk to each other without configuration. Provides a “fast co-frequency” method.

  1. Step 1: Device 1 enters channel sync mode
    Press and hold the “Volume +” button for 5 seconds to put device 1 into channel sync mode.

Notice :
The synchronized channel information will always be valid, you can use the “318 Sports” APP to reconfigure the channel information, or you can synchronize the new channel information with other devices.
