INTRODUCTION
Aluminium oxide abrasive flap wheels are ideal for finishing curved and intricate metal surfaces.
SAFETY
WARNING! If used incorrectly, this product can cause damage or injury to the operator. Ensure all instructions are read and understood, including the instructions of the tool the flap wheels are being used with.
- Refer to the manufacturer’s manual of the tool the flap wheel is being used with for information on correct mounting and use.
- Always wear safety glasses, ear protection, gloves and dust mask when using cutting or grinding wheels.
- Ensure the work area is well-ventilated.
- Use the correct type of wheel for the job you are doing.
- Keep your hands away from the wheel.
- Ensure the tool and flap wheel are compatible, and suitable for the task at hand by following all markings.
- Check the spindle speed of the tool is no higher than the operating speed marked on the wheel.
- Turn off the power and remove chuck keys etc. before changing the wheel.
- Disconnect from the mains or remove the battery (if applicable) before making any adjustments to the tool.
- Inspect the wheel carefully before use. Make sure it is not cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.

MAINTENANCE
- Replace the wheel when it is worn out or damaged.
- Store the wheel in a dry, cool place.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and
disposed of in a manner that is compatible with the environment. When the
product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any
fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and
fluids according to local regulations
