GENERAL SAFETY RULES
- Gasoline, and fluids with high volatility, high corrosion, high temperature are forbidden to be applied on the extractor.
- Do not use the unit to extract or store’ dangerous chemicals, poisons, acids, alkaline, or solvents. If such liquids are accidentally used in the unit, it must be drained immediately. 3.Do not disassemble the structure by yourself unless necessary to avoid leakage or damage to the vacuum pump.
- The maximum temperature of the liquid is recommended not to exceed 60 degrees to avoid burns.
- The safety precautions and instructions given in this manual are unable to cover in detail all the conditions and situations that may arise.
- The operator and/or user must use common sense and caution when operating the product especially for any matters that are not referred to the above.
- The use of any accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer or stated in the instructions manual may result in injury or may cause damages.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Step 1 . To make the extraction job smooth and easy, evacuatetheoil while
it is warm. Cool down the engine at least 15 minutes after driving. Working
temperature between:35F-140F.
Step 2 . Remove the tank cover, select a suitable tube to insert. If
thehoseis not long enough, connect an extension tube to the minute, until
itreaches the bottom of the oil pan

Step 3 . Extract Oil.
Pneumatic mode: Connect the 1/4″ NPT quick coupler totheair compressor or air source. Set the the operating pressure between0.4~0.8Mpa.
Manual mode: Close the air inlet valve. Make sure the tubes are connected tightly.
Pump the fluid extractor with your hands.

Step 4. Remove the main tube clockwise. The air source must be disconnected in pneumatic mode.
Pour out the used fluid to another container and take it to the nearby disposal center for recycling.
WARNING
- Do not extract the oil over the limit line on the tank, the bottom line helps prevent any spilling.
- If the fluid goes over the limit line, it might flow into the vacuum chamber and cause leaking from bottom.
- Noted that the fluid should not be over the limit line while pouring.
MAINTENANCE
- Inspect periodically all parts and accessories and replace them if damaged or used.
- Have damaged parts replaced by an authorized service center.
- Check the nuts periodically and tighten them if they are loose.
- Keep the product properly maintained and clean for better and safer performance. 5. After use, it is recommended to clean the product to preserve.
