TROUBLES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Advice: If there is an abnormal situation that cannot be solved through the guidance, please contact the F40C4TMP customer service team for assistance.
If the product does not work properly:
- Check whether the power supply is powered on
- Check whether the voltage is too low
- Check whether the connections is loose or the contact is poor
- Check whether the fuse is blown
- Check whether the refrigerator is turned on
- Check whether the temperature setting is too high
Low Cooling Efficiency:
- Check whether there is too much food in the refrigerator
- Check whether the food temperature in the refrigerator is too high
- Check whether the door is closed properly
- Check whether the door seal is damaged or deformed, resulting in unsealed
- Check whether ventilation around the refrigerator is good
- Check whether the ambient temperature is too high
- Check whether the temperature setting is correct
There is a sound of “water flowing” in the refrigerator:
- This is normal and it’s caused by the flow of refrigerant
Abnormal noise when the refrigerator starts:
- Check whether the refrigerator is placed on a flat, level surface
- Check whether the surrounding objects are moving
- At the moment when the compressor starts, the motor runs from a standstill to a high speed. At this time, the sound will be slightly louder. When the speed is stable, the sound will decrease. It is a normal phenomenon.
Water droplets around the enclosure and door seal:
- When the moisture in the humid air contacts the shell with lower temperature, it will naturally liquefy and condense into water droplets, which is a normal phenomenon.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- When the compressor, module, fan, temperature sensing head are abnormal and the input voltage is too low, an error code will appear on the display screen, and the compressor will stop working.
- When the abnormality is eliminated, unplug the power supply, then plug it in again, the display panel will display the temperature in the box again. After 1 minute, the compressor cooling mode will start working again.
The code description is shown in the following table:
Error Code | Error Type | Solutions |
---|---|---|
E0 | The temperature sensor is damaged | Check or replace the temperature sensor |
E1 | The input voltage is too low | Check the input voltage and adjust battery |
protection level(H/M/L)
E2| DC fan overcurrent protection| Check the cooling fan
E3| Protection for abnormal compressor startup| Restart the refrigerator after
30 minutes of disconnection
E4| Protection of abnormal compressor speed| Adjust the compressor working
mode (MAX/ECO)
E5| Module temperature is too
high
| Move the refrigerator to a well-ventilated place
to lower the module temperature
Note: Any problems, please contact F40C4TMP customer service team.
