1. Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this
device.
2. Failure to heed these markings may result in personal injury and/ or
property damage.
3. Do not exceed rated capacity.
4. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose, bent, rusted, or
damaged.
5. No alterations shall be made to this product.
6. Wear ANSl-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during use.
7. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this
item. All persons not involved in the loading process must stand clear of the
loading cargo bar. Keep children away. Children must not be allowed in the
work area.
8. Avoid working alone. If an accident happens, an assistant can bring help.
9. Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite
injuries. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Protective
clothes and nonskid footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive
hair covering to contain long hair.
10. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, and use common sense. Do not use
any cargo bar when you are tired.
11. Do not use the cargo bar if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read
warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgment or reflexes are
impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not use the cargo bar.
12. The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction
manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It
must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors

1. This adjustable load lock cargo bar is a minimum length of 40 inches and
can be extended up to 73 inches, making it perfect for PICKUPS and SUVS.
2. It is made of strong, sturdy steel; the exterior rod’s diameter is 28.8
mm, and the interior rod’s diameter is 25.4 mm. It has 16 locking positions,
and the spacing between two locking positions is 50mm. Both are rust-
resistant, though you may want to use a light coat of spray lube like WD40 to
keep it completely safe through all the rain and mud.
3. Heavy-duty cargo bar keeps vehicle contents in place to eliminate damaged
goods. Cushioned pads for an extra secure grip. No tools are required.
HOW TO USE
The cargo bar is mainly used for fixing and blocking goods inside the van.
The utility model has a simple structure, convenient operation, and can instantly perform the fixed operation on the goods loaded in the compartment, saving time and effort. It can be used horizontally or vertically.
Method of using the Cargo bar:
1. Press the snap and turn the handle in the opposite direction.
2. Draw the steel pipe to the required length and top it on the car wall. If
the length is not suitable, rotate the Cushioned pads on both sides
appropriately.
3. Turn the Cargo bar and adjust the angle to close the snap and hears a
sound.
4. Turn the Cargo bar to get a more extra secure grip.
