Assembly Instructions:
- Step 1: Assemble the chair on a flat and soft surface to prevent scratching. Locate hardware beneath the fabric cover secured by a Velcro strap under the seat cushion.
- Step 2: Use bolts (H1, H2), lock washers (H3), flat washers (H4) to connect legs (P1, P2) to the chair (P3). Tighten bolts with Allen Wrench (H5).
- Step 3: Place the chair upright on a level surface, then put the seat cushion (P4) and Lumbar Pillow (P5) on it to complete assembly.
Additional Safety Note:
Bolts may loosen during normal use. Inspect every 3 months and re-tighten as needed to prevent damage or injury.

Assembly Procedures
- Step 1. Assemble the chair on a flat and soft surface either on a carpet or cloth to prevent the finish from scratching. To locate the hardware, please turn the chair upside down, you will find the components beneath the fabric cover that is secured by a Velcro strap underneath the seat cushion. Lift the strap upwards, legs and hardware box could be located beneath the fabric cover.
- Step 2. Using bolts (H1,H2), lock washers (H3), flat washers (H4) to connect legs(P1,P2) to chair (P3). Tighten bolts (H1,H2) with Allen wrench (H5).
- Step 3. Place the chair upright on a level surface, put the seat cushion (P4) &Lumbar Pillow (P5)on it . The assembly is complete.
