SAFETY NOTES
- Do not mount the webcam on an unstable or uneven surface. Failure to follow this precaution may cause the product to fall and suffer damage.
- The lens on this camera is made of glass. To avoid any potential damage, be sure to keep it out of reach of small children. The webcam may heat up after extended use. If the camera is hot to the touch, turn it off and allow it to cool down before further use.
- Do not use or store the webcam in extremely cold or hot environments. This may cause the webcam to malfunction. This item is intended to be used at room temperature and in a controlled environment.
- If the unit is damaged, please exercise the warranty or recycle the webcam at your nearest electronics store. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the webcam under any circumstance. Please contact NexiGo Customer Support (cs@nexigo.com) if you need to make a warranty claim. To clean the device, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
- To clean the lens, use a dry microfiber cloth or a lens cleaner. Use a mild detergent if necessary. Avoid using strong or corrosive detergents that may damage the lens.
- Always adhere to the electrical safety regulations in your country when installing and using the equipment.
- Use the provided standard power adapter exclusively for this product.
- Avoid connecting multiple devices to a single power adapter, as exceeding its capacity is a fire hazard.
- Never manually rotate the camera head, as it may result in mechanical failure.
- When mounting the product on a wall or ceiling, ensure a secure attachment and confirm that there are no obstacles within the gimbal’s range of motion. Power should only be activated after completing all installations.
- Maintain adequate ventilation around the device.
- If the device emits smoke, odors, or unusual noises, immediately power it off, unplug the cord, and promptly contact the seller.
- Keep the device dry and away from water and excess moisture.
- This product contains no user-serviceable parts. Any damage resulting from user disassembly is not covered by the warranty.

QUICK START GUIDE

Referring to the following graphic, connect the computer and the camera using the provided USB 3.0 Cable.

Connect the camera to power using the provided Power Adapter and Power Cable.

Power on the camera by flipping the power switch. The switch is located next to the DC 12V power port on the back of the camera.

Once powered on, the power indicator on the front of the camera will light up. The camera will then begin its initialization process, moving to the outer limits of its range of motion before centering in a neutral position.
• Once the camera has completed its initialization, it will stop moving and begin receiving commands.
• If preset 0 has been set, the camera will move to preset 0.

INSTALLATION
WALL MOUNT
- Use a power drill to create four 8mm holes where you intend to mount the bracket to the wall.
- Insert a wall anchor into each hole.
- Hold the wall bracket in place and drill the mounting screws into each of the wall anchors.
- Line up the mounting holes on the bottom of the camera with the screw holes on the bottom of the mounting bracket. Then, fasten the camera into place using four small screws.
CEILING MOUNT
- Use a power drill to create four 8mm holes where you intend to mount the bracket to the ceiling.
- Insert an anchor into each hole.
- Find the inner ceiling bracket, which is the ceiling bracket without the lip. Hold up the flat side of the inner ceiling bracket against the ceiling, lining up the holes on the ceiling to the four mounting holes on the bracket. Ensure that the rounded edge of the bracket is facing in the direction that you want the camera to point. Drill the mounting screws through the bracket and into each of the anchors.
- Find the outer ceiling bracket, which is the bracket with a lip around the perimeter. Line up the mounting holes on the bottom of the camera with the screw holes on the bottom of the outer ceiling bracket. Then, fasten the camera into place using four small screws.
- Attach the outer ceiling bracket to the inner ceiling bracket by hooking them together and then screwing them together, driving a small screw through the bracket holes behind the camera.
DESKTOP MOUNT
Position the camera on a level surface. If you must place the camera on an
inclined surface, ensure that the incline does not exceed ±15 degrees for
proper pan / tilt functionality.
TRIPOD MOUNT
Insert the tripod screw into the tripod thread on the bottom of the camera and
hand-tighten it securely. Ensure that the tripod is positioned on a flat and
level surface. The tripod thread should be compliant with the following
standards.
Do not use tripod screws and screw holes for mounting the camera on a ceiling, shelf, or any other elevated location.
USING THE INCLUDED IR REMOTE CONTROL
You can use the included IR Remote Control to control the camera from a close
range. Ensure that you point the controller towards the camera, as illustrated
in the graphic below.
USING A WIRED VISCA CONTROLLER (NOT SUPPLIED)
A wired VISCA Controller will enable you to perform pan, tilt, and zoom
operations using the joystick of the controller without the need to be within
direct line of sight of the camera.
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
CONNECTING MULTIPLE CAMERAS TO A VISCA CONTROLLER
You can use a wired VISCA controller to control the pan, tilt, and zoom of up
to seven cameras remotely using a single controller.

Indicator Light
A red indicator light will flash each time you press a button. If it doesn’t light up, check the batteries and try again. -
Power Button
Press the red power button to turn the webcam on or off. -
Menu Button
Press the menu button once to open or close the on-screen display (OSD) menu. In the menu, you can adjust settings like color, image, and exposure using the following controls.
• Use the arrow buttons (9) to navigate through the menu.
• Use the home button (10) to open a secondary menu or select options.
• Use the menu button (3) to return to the previous page (if you are in a secondary menu), or to close the menu (if you are in the main menu). -
View Mode Button
Press to switch between the available viewing modes: Default, Clod, Warm, Clear, Soft, HLG, Education, User1, User2, User3. -
Information Button
Outside of the OSD menu, you can press this button once to display the IP address and HDMI output format. -
Auto Tracking / Far Focus Button
Press once to enable or disable the auto tracking function or select a tracking target. This setting makes the camera zoom and pan to follow you as you move.
Press and hold for at least 3 seconds to select which person or object the camera should focus on. For best results, ensure that the subject is within 6.5 feet (2 meters) of the camera.
While in manual focus mode, press this button to move the focusing point to the far end.
For auto tracking to work at its best, the subject should be at least 6.5 feet (2 meters) away. -
Auto Framing / Near Focus Button
Press once to enable or disable the auto framing function. This mode will reframe the image to center everyone in its field of view. Auto framing is ideal for conferences or group shots, especially when participants may come and go.
While in manual focus mode, press this button to move the focusing point to near end. -
Zoom + / – Buttons
Press to zoom in (+) or out (-) on the video. Hold to adjust faster. -
Arrow Buttons
Press when the video is zoomed in to pan or tilt the camera view. Hold to adjust faster. While in the OSD menu, use the and arrows to navigate the menu and use the and arrows to make adjustments to the settings.
Please close the OSD menu before using the electronic pan / tilt /zoom function. -
Home Button
Press to reset the video capture view to the default position.
While in the OSD menu, press to select. -
Preset Button
To set a preset, turn off auto framing and auto tracking and perform the following steps.
• Adjust the zoom, pan, and tilt to your desired position.
Note that presets will only save pan, tilt, and zoom settings and NOT any light or color settings.
• Press the Preset button once to enter the preset settings mode.
• Press one of the numbered buttons (0-6) to set the preset to that number.
• This will save your preset to that number and override any presets that have previously been saved to that number.
• To recall a preset at any time, press its corresponding number.
• To adjust the AI sensitivity, ensure that auto framing and / or auto tracking are enabled. Then, tap the Preset button to toggle AI sensitivity between low, medium, and high. -
Mute Button
Press to mute or unmute the webcam’s microphone. -
Auto / Manual Focus Switch Button
Press to switch between the auto focus mode and manual focus mode. -
Numbered Buttons (0-6, I-IV)
Press one of the digits (0-6) to set and recall preset positions.
Press one of the numerals (I-IV) to set a remote control or camera address for a multi-cam setup.
Setting the Camera Frequency:
To set the camera frequency to one of your remote channels, hold the remote close to your camera and press the following sequence of buttons.
Note that you can only control the camera(s) on the channel that your remote is currently set to.
: Press these three buttons in sequence to set the camera frequency to No.1.
: Press these three buttons in sequence to set the camera frequency to No.2.
: Press these three buttons in sequence to set the camera frequency to No.3.
: Press these three buttons in sequence to set the camera frequency to No.4.
Switching Between Remote Channels:
Press and hold one of the numbered buttons for four seconds (I, II, III, or
IV) to switch between camera channels. The red indicator light will start
blinking rapidly. Once the blinking slows, the remote can now control the
camera at the corresponding frequency.
【I 】: Press and hold for at least four seconds to switch the remote channel to
No.1.
【II 】: Press and hold for at least four seconds to switch the remote channel
to No.2.
【III 】: Press and hold for at least four seconds to switch the remote channel
to No.3.
【IV 】: Press and hold for at least four seconds to switch the remote channel
to No.4.
The remote control channel and camera frequency both default to No.1. The
remote channel and the camera frequency must be set to be the same number in
order to be controlled.
WEB SETTINGS
In this section, we’ll review how to access your camera for the first time and what types of camera settings you can adjust from your computer. To access this camera, you’ll need to open its IP address in your internet browser.
ACCESSING THE CAMERA
Before accessing the camera, make sure the camera is connected to the network.
Type http://192.168.100.88 in the search bar of your browser to access the
camera. Enter your username and password. The first time you use the camera,
the username and password will both be “admin”. Make sure to change your
username and password to something secure and easy to remember for the next
time you want to access your camera. After you log in, your browser will
display the following screen.
Please note that due to software updates, the actual interface may undergo changes. Please refer to the actual interface for the most accurate information.
LIVE SETTINGS
In this section you can configure camera PTZ-related functions, which include:
- Pan
- Tilt
- Zoom
- Focus
- Customizable speed settings
- Preset positions
- AI target tracking
- AI demo mode
With PTZ functionality, users can conveniently control the camera to meet various monitoring and filming requirements.
VIDEO SETTINGS
In this section you can customize the camera’s video and image parameters in a
wide variety of ways, including:
- Video Format
- Encoding Protocol
- Resolution
- Bit Rate
- Frame Rate
You can adjust these settings for both First Stream and Second Stream for improved versatility.
IMAGE SETTINGS
In this section you can adjust a wide range of customizable settings for image
quality and exposure control including:
- Focus
- Exposure
- Color
- Image
- Noise Reduction
- Style
These settings provide flexibility in tailoring the camera’s performance to specific needs and creative preferences.
AUDIO SETTINGS
In this section you can adjust several audio capture settings, including:
- Audio Type
- Bit Rate
- Input Type
- Volume
These audio settings provide users with greater control over audio configuration and greater flexibility for audio capture and quality adjustment.
SYSTEM
In this section you can perform various actions, including:
- Updating firmware
- System initialization
- Restarting the system
- Restoring factory default settings
- Managing log-in credentials
These settings provide control and flexibility for system maintenance and security.
NETWORK SETTINGS
In this section you can customize the camera’s connectivity and functionality.
This encompasses a range of settings such as:
- LAN
- NTP
- Ports
- RTMP(S)
- SRT
- SRT
- RTSP
- ONVIF
- Multicast configurations
This grants users extensive control over network connectivity and camera functionality.

TROUBLESHOOTING
ACCESSING THE CAMERA
To access your camera for the first time, use the default IP address,
username, and password, which are as follows.
IP address: 192.168.100.88
Username: admin
Password: admin
Before accessing the camera, make sure the camera is connected to the network.
IMAGE
Camera video feed will not display on the monitor
- Check that the camera power supply is connected, the voltage is normal (DC 12V), and the power indicator light is on.
- Power off and restart the camera.
- Check that all cables connecting the camera and your computer and / or monitor are securely fastened. Refer to Quick Start Guide on page 2 to ensure that all cables are connected to the correct ports.
Camera video feed is jittery
- Check that the camera is stable and installed in a location with no more than a 15° incline.
- Ensure that no vibrating machinery is near the camera.
Camera video feed will not display in browser
- If you use Internet Explorer, you need to use the VLC plug-in to view videos due to HTML 5 restrictions.
- Please access VLC website (http://www.videolan.org/vlc) to download and install the 32-bit VLC media player.
- After it’s installed, the video feed from the camera should display normally.
- Other mainstream browsers that already support HTML 5 do not require the VLC plug-in to display video from the P620 camera. Compatible browsers include Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari.
Camera cannot be accessed through browser at all
- Connect the camera to a PC to test whether it can access the network properly.
- Disconnect both the PC and the camera from the network.
- Connect the camera and PC to the network separately.
- Reset the IP address of the PC.
- Check the camera IP address, subnet mask, and gateway settings, and MAC address for conflicts.
- Reset the web port to 80 (default).
CONTROL
Camera won’t respond to IR remote control
- Check the batteries in the remote controller and replace them as needed.
- Check whether the camera’s working mode is correct.
- Check whether the address of the remote control can match the camera.
Camera won’t respond to VISCA Controller
- Check whether the camera protocol, address, and baud rate all match.
- Check whether the wired connection is secure.
