Please strictly follow the instructions to avoid injury and product damage.

We strongly recommend that two individuals handle the loading, unloading, and transfer of this screen. Professional and technical personnel should install the product following the provided installation guide. Installation by unqualified personnel is dangerous and may lead to personal injury.

Before installation, verify that the wall is strong enough to support the product, and use the provided accessories and screws to prevent safety issues. Please mount the Fresnel Screen on a wall with a
load-bearing capacity of at least 50 kg / 110 lbs. -
Please wear gloves to protect your hands from scratches. Handle the Fresnel Screen with care and consider installing it with a partner.

When drilling holes in the wall, use a designated size drilling machine and follow the instructions for drilling depth to prevent safety problems. Use an 8mm electric drill (not included) to create mounting holes in the wall. The drilling depth should be no less than 65 mm.

If you need to move or replace the product after installation, please contact the manufacturer’s professional and technical personnel. Unqualified personnel may pose safety risks.

Avoid striking the product, as it may fall and cause injuries.

Keep young children away from the screen.

Accidental damage to the screen is not covered under warranty. Please adhere to the following instructions to prevent damaging your Fresnel Screen.

Do not curl or fold the screen after installation is complete.

Don’t touch the screen to avoid leaving fingerprints. Always use gloves while handling.

Be careful not to scratch the material, as this will leave permanent markings on the surface of the screen. Don’t point to the screen with your finger or any sharp objects.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Dust, dirt, and scratches on the screen will affect its quality and performance. For the best results refer to the following instructions when you clean your Fresnel Screen.
- Please clean the screen surface with a soft brush or microfiber cloth periodically. A rough cloth may damage the screen’s surface.
- For a deeper clean, gently wipe the screen with a microfiber cloth moistened with mild dish soap that has been diluted with water.
- Don’t use acetone, benzene, alcohol, or any other organic solvents to clean the screen material. Contact with harsh chemicals will permanently damage the screen.

INSTALLATION STEPS
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- Installation requires two people. Please do not attempt to assemble and mount the screen by yourself.
- Please wear Gloves (Z) to protect the screen from fingerprints.
- Unfold the white Installation Mat (X) and lay it on a clean floor. Perform all installation steps on top of the Installation Mat (X) to avoid damaging the screen.
ASSEMBLING THE INNER FRAME

Arrange the following components as shown in the diagram below.
- Horizontal Inner Frame (J) x 4
- Vertical Inner Frame (I) x 2
- Inner Frame Horizontal Bracket (G) x 2
- Inner Frame Corner Bracket (F) x 4

Insert one end of the Inner Frame Horizontal Bracket (G) into one of its neighbouring Horizontal Inner Frame (J) segments. Make sure to line up the holes in the bracket with the holes in the frame.

Fasten the Inner Frame Horizontal Bracket (G) to the Horizontal Inner Frame (J) segment using one M4 x 6 Screw (U) placed in the outer hole.

Insert the Inner Frame Horizontal Bracket (G) into the other Horizontal Inner Frame (J) segment and fasten them together using one M4 x 6 Screw (U) placed in the outer hole.

Align the Outer Frame Middle Support Joint (O) with the two screw holes in the middle of the Inner Frame Horizontal Bracket (G). Fasten them together using two M4 x 6 Screws (U).

Repeat steps 2–5 to fasten the other Horizontal Inner Frame (J) segments together.

Insert one of the Inner Frame Corner Brackets (F) into its neighbouring Horizontal Inner Frame (J) segment.
Make sure to line up the holes in the bracket with the holes in the frame. -
Fasten the Inner Frame Corner Bracket (F) to the Horizontal Inner Frame (J) segment using one M4 x 6 Screw (U) placed in the outer hole.

Insert the Inner Frame Corner Bracket (F) into its neighbouring Vertical Inner Frame (I) segment and fasten them together using one M4 x 6 Screw (U) placed in the outer hole.

Align the screw holes of the Outer Frame 4-Corner Joint (P) with the middle holes in the Inner Frame Corner Bracket (F). Fasten them together using two M4 x 6 Screws (U) as shown below.
Ensure that the Outer Frame 4-Corner Joint (P) lines up with the centerline of the marked area. -
Repeat steps 7–10 to fasten the other three corner brackets.

Insert the Support Beam (N) at an angle into the rabbet (interior gap) of the Horizontal Inner Frame (J).
-
Rotate the Support Beam (N) until it’s perpendicular to the Horizontal Inner Frame (J). Line up the holes in the Support Beam (N) with the holes in the Horizontal Inner Frame (J).

Fasten the Support Beam (N) to the Horizontal Inner Frame (J) using four M4 x 6 Screws (U), two on each side. Wait to tighten the screws until you’ve finished building the Inner Frame.

Repeat steps 12–14 to install the other Support Beam (N).

Install the Inner Frame L-shaped connector (H) into the rabbet of the Horizontal Inner Frame (J), in the middle where the two segments connect. Make sure to line up the holes on the bracket with the holes on the frame.

Fasten the Inner Frame L-Shaped Connector (H) to the Horizontal Inner Frame (J) using eight M4 x 6 Screws (U). For the holes parallel to the ground, insert the screws from above.

Repeat steps 16–17 to install the other Inner Frame L-Shaped Connector (H).
INSTALLING THE FRESNEL SCREEN
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- Carefully remove the Fresnel Screen (A) from the tube and unroll it onto the Installation Mat (X). Make sure that both people handling the screen are wearing gloves.
- If the Fresnel Screen (A) is not already face-down, flip it so that the rear side of the Fresnel Screen (A) is facing up. Follow the illustrated sequence below to flip the screen without damaging it. Be careful not to let the Fresnel Screen (A) bend, fold, or crease.
- Place the Inner Frame over the Fresnel Screen (A) and line them up at the edges. Handle with care to avoid creasing the screen.
- Insert the Horizontal Fiberglass Rods (S) into the black sleeves along the long edges of the Fresnel Screen (A).
- Insert the Vertical Fiberglass Rods (T) into the black sleeves along the short edges of the Fresnel Screen (A).
- Slide the Stretcher Bars (M) over the sleeves containing the Fiberglass Rods (S, T), as shown in the figure below.
- Insert three Stretcher Nuts (D) into each Vertical Stretcher Bar (M). Insert six Stretcher Nuts (D) into each Horizontal Stretcher Bar (M). Ensure that the longer end of the Stretcher Nut (D) is pointed out.
- Slide the Stretcher Nuts (D) to align them with the screw holes on the Stretcher Bars (M).
- Flip each Stretcher Bar (M) over the Inner Frame, aligning the holes on the Stretcher Bars (M) with the holes on the Inner Frame.
- Pass the Stretcher Bolt (E) through the Leaf Spring (C), and then insert it into one of the holes on the inside of the Inner Frame (I, J). Ensure that the Stretcher Bolt (E) passes through the Stretcher Bar (M) and Stretcher Nut (D).
- Before you continue, ensure that the screen is laying properly without any creasing or distortion. For now, only tighten the Stretcher Bolt (E) halfway.
- Insert the rest of the Stretcher Bolts (E) and Leaf Springs (C) into the Inner Frame, making sure to alternate sides between each one. They should be installed in the sequence of 1→2→3→4→5→6→7→8→9, as shown in the figure below.
- Ensure that the screen is lying properly without any creasing or distortion. Adjust the screen as needed, then tighten all the Stretcher Bolts (E) the rest of the way, making sure to alternate sides between each one.
- When installing, please refer to the schematic diagram below, follow the arrows and numbers, and first tighten the Stretcher Bolts (E) from top to bottom, and then from left to right.
- After finished installation, place the screen upright and observe whether the surface of the screen is flat. When making adjustments, please adjust the Stretcher Bolt (E) on the vertical frame first, then proceed to adjust the Stretcher Bolt (E) on the horizontal frame.
INSTALLING OUTER FRAME
- Insert one end of the Outer Frame Key (R) into a Horizontal Outer Frame (L) segment, making sure to line up the holes. Fasten them together using two M4 x 6 Screw (U).
- Slide the neighbouring Horizontal Outer Frame (L) segment over the Outer Frame Key (R). Fasten them together using two M4 x 6 Screw (U).
- Repeat steps 1–2 to connect the other set of Horizontal Outer Frame (L) segments.
- Insert one end of the Outer Frame Corner Bracket (Q) into a Vertical Inner Frame (l) segment and fasten them together using two M4 x 6 Screws (U).
- Repeat step 4 for the other Outer Frame Corner Brackets (Q).
- Slide each Horizontal Outer Frame (L) segment over the Horizontal Inner Frame (J) and fasten them together in the middle using two M4 x 6 Screws (U), driving the screws through the Outer Frame Middle Support Joints (O).
- Slide a Vertical Outer Frame (K) segment over each Outer Frame Corner Bracket (Q) and fasten them together using two M4 x 6 Screws (U).
- Fasten the Vertical Outer Frame (K) segments to the Inner Frame using M4 x 6 Screws (U) in each corner. Drive each screw through an Outer Frame 4-Corner Joint (P).
- Peel off the adhesive backing from the three pieces of A-Side Velcro (V) and stick them along the bottom of the Inner Frame, as shown in the picture below.
After finished installation, place the screen upright and observe whether the surface of the screen is flat. When making adjustments, please adjust the Stretcher Bolt (E) on the vertical frame first, then proceed to adjust the Stretcher Bolt (E) on the horizontal frame.
REQUIRED TOOLS(NOT INCLUDED) TO INSTALL THE SCREEN
- During the installation, you may use the above installation tools (not included).
MOUNTING THE SCREEN ON THE WALL
Warning: Do NOT mount the Fresnel screen on drywall. Please mount the Fresnel Screen on a wall with a load-bearing capacity of at least 50 kg (110 lbs).

Turn on your projector and point it towards the wall where you intend to mount your Fresnel Screen (A).
Project a level rectangular image and use a tape measure to confirm that the length of the projected image’s bottom edge is approximately 88.11 in (223.8 cm). -
Use a pencil to mark the drilling points, referring to the following measurements to identify two drill holes first.

Hold up each Wall Mounting Bracket (Y) so that the upper left mounting hole lines up with your pilot holes. Mark the wall at the location of the other mounting holes and create new three pilot holes where you marked the wall.
The data has been manually tested, and there may be an error of one inch. Please make adjustments according to the actual situation. -
Hammer the Wall Anchors (W) into each of the four pilot holes, and use four Screws (W) to drill the Wall Mounting Bracket (Y) into the Wall Anchors (W).

Attach the Connecting Rod (Z2) to each of the Wall Mounting brackets (Y), and then fix the Adjustment Rod (Z1) onto the Connecting Rod (Z2).

Attach the screen to the Wall Mounting Brackets (Y).
Watch the rear side when hanging the screen. Hang the screen so that half of the screen labelled THIS WAY UP points are on the bottom. -
Turn on your projector and line up the projected image with the borders of your Fresnel Screen.

Rotate the Adjustment Rod (Z1) to adjust the height of the screen to achieve the best display effect.
- If the screen is higher than the image, then rotate the words clockwise and move the screen down.
- If the screen is lower than the image, then rotate the words counterclockwise and move the screen up.

Remove the adhesive film from the wall-facing side of the Velcro (V) to fix the bottom of the screen to the wall.
