NOTE

  • Please carefully read all instructions before attempting installation. If you do not understand the instructions or if you have any questions or concerns, please email customer service.
  • Before starting assembly, confirm that all parts are included and undamaged. Do not use damaged or defective parts. If you require replacement parts, please email customer service.
  • Not all hardware included in this package will be used.

  • Do not use this product for any purpose that is NOT explicitly specified in this manual. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, improper mounting, or inappropriate use.

WARNING

  • This product is designed for installation on wood stud, solid concrete, and brick walls. DO NOT install on drywall alone.
  • The wall must be capable of supporting four times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
  • This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard.

Note for Wood Stud Installation (Page 14-15)

  • Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
  • Do not use wall anchors for this mounting option. Wall anchors are used for solid concrete and brick wall installations only.
  • Minimum wood stud size: 1 1 /2″ W x 3 1 /2″ D (38 x 89mm)
  • Wood Stud Spacing: 8″ to 16″ (center to center)
  • Note: If the wood studs are more than 16″ apart, or if the studs are not in the desired mounting location, you can secure (2) wood boards to the wall studs, then install the TV mount on the boards. Minimum wood board dimensions: 1 1 /2″ T x 3 1 /2″ W x 18″ L (38 x 89 x >457mm)

Note for Solid Concrete or Brick Wall Installation (Page 16-1 7)

  • Avoid the risk of personal injury or property damage! Tighten the lag screws only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). Do not use a drill; only use a socket wrench.
  • Mount the arm assembly/ wall plate directly on the concrete surface.
  • Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8″ (203mm)
  • Never drill into the mortar between bricks.

Before getting started, make sure this mount is compatible.

Step 2 Mount the Arm Assembly / Wall Plate on the Wall

Drill 4 pilot holes using a 7 /32″ (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 3/4″ (70mm). Mount the arm assembly/ wall plate [05] on the wall using the lag screws [A 1 ]. Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). Alphamount-APLF-Supporto-TV-Parete- \(14\)

Position the wall plate template [08] at your desired height. Level the wall plate template [08] and mark the holes. Drill 4 pilot holes using a 3/8″ (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 3″ (75mm). Never drill into the mortar between bricks. Alphamount-APLF-Supporto-TV-

Use a hammer to tap the anchors [A2] into the drilled holes. Ensure the anchors [A2] are seated flush with the concrete or brick surface. Mount the arm assembly / wall plate [05] on the wall using the lag screws [A 1] and anchors [A2]. Tighten the lag screws [A 1] only until they are pulled firmly against the wall plate (DO NOT overtighten). Alphamount-APLF-Supporto-TV-

FAQs

Question 1 How should I manage the cables?

  • Use the cable ties.

Question 2 What should I do if my stud spacing is greater than 16″ or if I can’t center the mount on the wood studs?

Question 3 How do I fmd the right height for mounting the TV?

  • The simplest method is to position the TV so that the center is the same height as your eye level while viewing. Scan the QR code to watch the mounting video, which covers this in more detail.

Question 4 How can I raise/lower the TV if the TV Wall Mount is already fixed on the wall?

  1. Remove the TV from the TV Wall Mount.
  2. Remove the TV brackets from the TV and reattach according to instructions A or B in the picture below (A for lifting up the TV or B for lowering the TV).
  3. Hang the TV on the TV Wall Mount and secure.
  • To raise the TV by a few inches, reattach the TV brackets using the upper holes in the brackets.
  • To lower the TV by a few inches, reattach the TV brackets using the lower holes in the brackets. Alphamount-APLF-Supporto-TV-Parete- \(28\)

Question 5 It’s too hard to adjust the swivel angle or extension of the TV Wall Mount.

  1. Mount the TV and Wall Mount on the wall before trying to move the arms. Only move the TV by the left and right edges. Do not push on the screen of the TV.
  2. If you have tried Option 1 but adjustment is still too hard, try lubricating the arm joints with a few drops of machine oil.
