Warranty
- Period: The warranty period is 36 months, for endusers who do not use the product into a professional or commercial activity. If the product is used into a professional activity or industrial process or for commercial purpose the guarantee period will be 6 months.
- Limited warranty: Warranty obligates to manufacturer ENERGEEKS S.L. to repair or replace, free of charge, all components subjected to verified manufacturing defects. It will be ENERGEEKS´ Technical Service responsibility to repair/replace the components in a short period of time, according to the internal commitments of service.
Warranty shall not include:
- Consumables.
- Cause damages to persons, other living entities and objects was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification.
Warranty expiration:
- After warranty period of 36/6 months, from the date of purchase.
- Instructions contained in this manual have not been observed.
- If an unsuitable or incorrect use of product has been confirmed.
- Product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service center or personnel.
Environmental Protection
In accordance with the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/UE (RAEE) and
the national legislation this directive transposes, this product must not be
disposed together with household garbage. If the welding helmet is not any
longer in use it must be disposed of properly in accordance with the
established collection system at your area for this kind of product.
Waste separation of used product and packaging allows material recycling for
re-use. This process helps to avoid environmental pollution and reduce the
demand of raw materials.

Download and install our APP Energeeks 3.0, available in Google Play and Apple Store
Once downloaded, the app will ask you to register as a user. Enter your email and password and select the country where you live. A confirmation code will be sent to the email that must be entered in the app to complete the process. If you don’t receive the code, please check the spam.
Quick Installation Guide
Before starting…
Download the application “Energeeks 3.0” on your mobile phone; it is available on Google Play and APP Store. For the Wifi connection, the camera only supports the 2,4Ghzhz frequency, (it does not support 5Ghz), it is necessary to connect the installed phone to the 2,4Ghz network (only during the installation process), once the camera is installed you can reuse 5Ghz.
Installation
- Connect your phone to the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network of your router.
- Open the Energeeks 3.0 app and tap the + sign at the top to add a new device. Now select surveillance camera.
- Plug the power adapter into the camera and wait for a few seconds, you will hear a startup melody.
- Press and hold the reset button on the camera until you hear a beep or a voice, the camera will reboot into installation mode and make an intermittent beep that it is waiting to read the QR code.
- In the application confirm “the camera has started” and press next.
- In this step the application will show you the name of the Wi-Fi network to which your phone is connected and to which the camera will connect. Enter the Wi-Fi network password and press Next.
- Now a QR code will appear on the screen of your phone. Show the QR code to the camera by putting your phone a few cm from the lens and moving it up to a distance of 15 – 20 cm. When the camera has recognized the QR, it will emit a beep or a voice. Then click on “heard sound confirmation”
- The installation will finish automatically, and the installed camera will be displayed. Click on “finish” and enjoy your new Energeeks camera.
Connection failure: If after reading the QR code, the installation process fails, make sure that the Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz and that the password is correct.
Important: The smart features of today’s routers may cause the device not to connect even when you have selected your 2.4Ghz network.This is due to automatic frequency management or automatic channel change configurations that these routers have incorporated, causing the device to not be installed or to go offline from time to time for no apparent reason.If this happens, please contact our technical support.
