Before starting…
Download the Energeeks 3.0 application on your mobile phone from Google Play or APP Store. The camera is only compatible with 2.4Ghz frequencies, so connect your phone to the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network during the installation process.

Note
Once the camera is installed, you can switch back to using the 5Ghz network.

Warranty

Duration: The warranty period is 36 months, for users who do not carry out a professional or commercial activity with the product, in any other case the warranty period is 6 months. Coverage: The warranty obliges the manufacturer ENERGEEKS IBERIA to repair or replace free of charge all components subject to verified manufacturing defects. It will be the responsibility of the ENERGEEKS IBERIA Assistance Service to carry out the repair or replacement in the shortest possible time, compatible with the internal commitments of the service.
The following are excluded from the warranty:

Consumption materials.
Damage to people, other living beings and things caused by improper use, incorrect installation, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, incompetence or failure to comply with the rules contained in these instructions for use and operation.

Expiration:
The guarantee will be extinguished in the event that:

The warranty period of 36/6 months counted from the date of sale is fulfilled.
The instructions contained in this manual have not been observed.
Improper or improper use of the product has been confirmed
The equipment has been used outside the parameters defined in the product specifications and in the order.
The characteristics of the equipment have been manipulated or altered by unauthorized persons.

Quick installation guide

Before starting…
Download the “Energeeks 3.0” application on your mobile phone, it is available on Google Play, APP Store and APP Gallery.
The camera is only compatible with 2.4Ghz frequencies, so it is necessary to connect the phone with which you are going to carry out the installation to the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network (only during the installation process). Once the camera is installed you can use the 5Ghz network again.

The application may request permissions necessary for its proper functioning or for the devices to be installed. It is necessary to grant the requested permissions, otherwise the device may not work correctly or may not even complete the installation.
Location permission is necessary when installing a device since the phone requests it in order to share data on the Wi-Fi network with the application.
It is also used to set the date and time of the device. Once the device is installed, you can disable location permission, although this will lead to the loss of location-based smart functions.

Installation

Connect the phone with which you are going to do the installation to your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network.
Wait for the camera to start, and then press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds until you hear three beeps. This will put the camera into installation mode. You will find the button by turning the camera head up.
Open the Energeeks 3.0 app and tap the + sign at the top to add a new device.
The application detects the camera automatically via Bluetooth, then press add.
Enter the password for the Wi-Fi network and press next.
The installation completes automatically, and the installed camera will be displayed. Click “finish” and enjoy your new Ener-geeks camera.

Connection failure: If the installation process fails, make sure that the Wi- Fi network is 2.4Ghz and that the password is correct.
Important: The smart features of current routers can cause the device to not connect even if you have selected your 2.4Ghz network.
This is due to automatic frequency management or automatic channel change settings that these routers have built-in, causing the device to not install or to go offline from time to time for no apparent reason.
