– Read the complete instructions and security instructions carefully before using the model.

– To prevent accidents and injuries, DO NOT leave your Child unattended during operation of the vehicle. Never let your Child out of your sight while the driving a vehicle.

– DO NOT use the vehicle on public roads or places or other dangerous locations. ONLY operate the Ride On Car in places such as private parking, private land or other safe locations. Make sure that no person or animal is endangered.

– The vehicle has no brake or parking brake. Do not operate the vehicle uphill or downhill, and secure it when parking.

– DANGER!

For safe driving, you should make sure that your Child understand and adheres to the following rules:
– Hold tight.
– Never drive without shoes.
– Never drive in the dark.

Attention!
Keep the not mounted kit away from small children as it contains swallowable parts. It must be assembled or checked by adult to make sure the car is assembled on the right way before playing.

– Assembly

1. Mounting the brake discs

Lay the body on its side.
Place the brake disc on the axle bracket (1) and align the grooves with those of the axle bracket align with those of the axle bracket.
Now press the brake disc onto the holder until it clicks into place.

Be sure to position the brake discs correctly. The rear brake calipers face forward (1a), the front ones face backward (1b).

2. Wheel assembly

Turn over the vehicle body.
Remove the splint and the washer from the axle.
Insert the wheels (A) and shim (B) to the axle, fix it with cotter pin (C).
Lock the wheel cap (D).

3. Placing the battery

Please lift the seat as shown and open the battery cover in the storage area. Put the 4 AA batteries making sure that it is correctly put in (3.1). Replace the battery cover and secure with the screw provided.

Battery warning:
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged!
Do not open!
Do not dispose of in fire!
Do not mix old and new batteries!
Do not mix alkaline batteries, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries!
Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged!
Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision!
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited!

4. Assembly of seat

Place the seat in the straight mounting position (4) ,
Press the seat straight down for the pins to hook into the side grooves.
Tighten a screw to secure it with a screwdriver (4.1)

5. Steering wheel assembly

Connect the cable from the steering wheel to the cable of the dashboard. Only plug matching connectors into each other (5.1). Install the steering wheel in the Intended position and secure it with the locking screw and nut (5.2).

6. Backrest assembly (Version 1)

Insert the backrest into the designated location at the rear upper end of the car.

7. Push bar assembly and push bar assembly

Insert the push bar to the card slot of the backrest.

7.2 Push bar assembly

Then connect the backrest and the car slot of vehicle body.

8. Handrail assembly

Push the safety bar horizontally to the rear (8) until it stops on the pins at the side of the backrest. Fold the bar forward (8.1).
Connect the other end of handrail and the steering wheel.
To remove the safety bar, release the front lock (8.2) and fold the safety bar back. Now it can be pulled off the backrest.

9. Functions

When switched on, all functions are activated.

Troubleshooting

1. Horn/illumination is not working correctly

The batterys are to low.
Put new batterys into the model.
The contacts in the battery compartment might have shifted.
If you bend the contacts the problem should be solved.

2. Tires smell unpleasant

This is the rubber part of the tire and therefore normal.
After a few days the smell should have dissipated.

3. No sound despite inserted batteries

The batteries are too weak or have no contact.
Replace the batteries.
Carefully bend the contacts in the vehicle.

4. The model loses a wheel

The wheel has been mounted incorrectly.
Check that all mounting parts, washers and cotter pins are correctly arranged (see instructions on page 4).

5. No sound function on the steering wheel

A cable was torn or crushed during assembly.
Check the steering wheel or replace it.

6. No function with accumulators, only with batteries

The batteries have no contact because they have different dimensions.
Use batteries or bend the battery contacts in the vehicle a little.

7. One wheel seems to be missing

It is stowed under the seat when delivered.
Loosen the screw on the seat, open it and look underneath.

– Disposal restrictions

Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in domestic waste. You are obliged to dispose of batteries (separate collection) appropriately. After use you can return batteries free of charge to the retail store. As batteries contain substances that can be irritant, can cause allergy and are highly reactive, separate collections and proper recycling is important to the environment and to your health. If the batteries are marked with a chemical symbol Hg, Cd or Pb below the crossed-out waste bin on wheels it refers to that more than 0.0005% of mercury (Hg), more than 0.002% of cadmium (Cd) or more than 0.004% Lead (Pb) is included.

– Disposal restrictions

Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in domestic waste and must be disposed of separately.
You are obliged to take out the batteries, if possible, and to dispose of the electrical equipment at the communal collection points. Should personal data be stored on the electrical appliance you must remove them by yourself.
