YA-MAN LTD. hereby announces that it has revised the dividend forecast announced on June 13, 2023, as follows.

Reason for revisions to dividend forecast
We recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management issue. Accordingly, as a general rule, we have paid stable, ongoing dividends, and the final amount has been determined by taking into account the full-year results and other factors.
With the aim of enhancing the return of profits to shareholders, we have decided to raise the level of the ordinary dividend. As a result, the year-end dividend will be 4.75 yen per share.
Consequently, combining with the interim dividend of 4.25 yen per share, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2024, will be 9.00 yen per share. -
