INSTRUCTION MANUAL
DEAR USER,
Thank you for choosing a KOTA product.
KOTA equipment is produced with quality materials seeking to guarantee the
reliability and safety of its products.
To maintain the perfect functioning of the LUMILEDS LUMINÁRIA, some basic care
is necessary. Read this manual carefully and follow the installation and usage
guidelines.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Use original KOTA brand products identified by the KOTA logo, to guarantee
performance!
Do not modify the equipment or ask third parties to do so, unless specifically
authorized by KOTA, as performance and/or safety may be compromised. Any
alteration without prior authorization will void the warranty.
Do not use extension cords or any type of connector between the appliance’s
power cord and the socket. Procedures like these can decrease the performance
of your equipment and increase energy consumption.
For cleaning, use only a clean, dry and soft cloth or duster. Do not apply
abrasive, solvent, or corrosive products to the equipment.
ABOUT THE MANUAL
The function of this manual is to explain the operation of the LUMILEDS LUMILEDS, alerting the user about the correct way of installation and operation. The information contained in this manual is the property of KOTA EQUIPAMENTOS INDUSTRIAIS LTDA and cannot be reproduced without the company’s authorization. KOTA EQUIPAMENTOS may make changes to improve the manual and the product without any prior notice.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE OF THE EQUIPMENT AND/OR ITS COMPONENTS
Transport of the equipment must be carried out with care. We recommend that
the luminaire remains in the original packaging, to the place of the final
installation, taking care to respect the notes on the packaging.
This product is intended for use in weather-protected environments, that is,
indoor use. Do not install your equipment outdoors.
Store in a dry, cool place and away from sunlight. The equipment must be
handled by trained professionals.
EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW
INITIAL INSTALLATION
WARNING:
Do not use extension cords or any type of connector between the appliance’s
power cord and socket.
- Before use, remove all packaging around the lamp.
- Firmly attach the supplied table base to a flat, solid surface.
- Once the base is secure, insert the light fixture pin into the hole.
- Insert the plug into a conveniently located electrical outlet, and the light fixture is ready to use.
- Power on using the on/off switch located on top of the head.
- Control the multi-function switch to change power.
INSTALLATION VERIFICATION
The place and the way in which the luminaire will be installed are very important for its good performance and for the safety of the user. For an optimal installation, a few factors must be considered:
- Position the equipment in a well-ventilated place that allows air circulation.
- The luminaire must not have contact or be in the same direction as the outlet of electrical energy, to facilitate its removal.
- The luminaire’s power cord must be plugged into the outlet so that it is not stretched/stressed.
- Do not install near faucets or sinks, where liquids may splash on the equipment.
SECURITY PARAMETERS
- For indoor use only.
- Ambient temperature: -10°C ~40°C.
- Humidity: < 95%._
- Never disassemble the lamp unless you are an authorized KOTA technician.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the best functioning of the luminaire, it is recommended:
- The acrylic lens must be cleaned periodically to ensure continued lighting performance.
- Do not use abrasive or acidic substances that could damage the lens.
CLEANING AND HYALINIZATION
- With the equipment is unplugged, remove all dirt with a clean, dry, soft cloth or duster.
- On the acrylic lens, wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth.
- Do not apply abrasive products, such as solvents or corrosive agents to the equipment.
FAULTS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISASSEMBLY, DISMANTLING, AND DISPOSAL
When this product reaches the end of its useful life, observe the existing
local legislation in force in your region, disposing of it in the most
sustainable way possible.
The luminaire must not be disposed of as common waste.
SCOPE AND WARRANTY PERIOD
KOTA Equipment guarantees the product and its accessories against defects in
material and workmanship, provided they are operated in accordance with the
conditions of use
specified in the User Manual.
The term of this warranty is 6 (six) months from the date of the invoice. of
purchase, being 3 months of legal guarantee and 3 months of contractual
guarantee. Replaced parts or accessories will be guaranteed for a period of 90
(ninety) days, counted from the date of return of the device to the customer,
or for the remaining period of the original warranty, whichever occurs later.
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from the use of the equipment in a manner not specified in the User’s Manual.
- Defects due to damage resulting from testing, installation, alteration, or any type of modification performed by people or technical assistance not authorized by KOTA Equipment.
- Products that have the serial number removed or illegible, as well as damage caused by spillage of aggressive substances on the product.
- Electrical discharges or variations in electrical current that can damage the equipment.
- There will be an automatic loss of warranty in case of non-use of KOTA authorized technical assistance during its term.
- If you need to contact KOTA Equipment, always have the purchase invoice for the equipment and its respective serial number handy.
