Product Usage Instructions
Important Safety Instructions:
FARE! Disconnect from the mains power supply and allow the fans to stop
for at least 3 minutes before handling. Avoid touching when hot.
DANGER! All electrical connections should be done by qualified electricians.
Installation Steps:
- Dismantle the 4 screws using a TX20 screwdriver.
- Lift off the electronics unit to access the bearing.
- Detach the loose cover over the bearing.
- Manually replace the bearing with SKF 608-2RSH, ensuring proper fit.
- Replace the stator in the fan and remount the circlip securely.
- Reassemble the cover and electronics unit, ensuring correct alignment of the contact pin and stator hole.
- Retighten the four screws firmly.
- Remount the fan in the housing using acrylic sealant and pop rivet the mandrel in place if necessary.

Important safety instructions
DANGER!
- Before opening the door, the unit must be disconnected from mains power supply, and the fans must have been given time to stop (min. 3 minutes).
- The unit contains heating elements that must not be touched when they are hot.

All electrical connections must be carried out by qualified electricians.
You will need the following tools and materials:
- Pop rivet 3.2×6 mm (UNI 3, 4)
- Bearing SKF 608-2RSH
- Torx T20 Screwdriver
- Circlip pliers, 1 mm tip, for external locking
- Pop rivet pliers
- Knife for lifting cover over bearing
- Chisel or drill for removing rivet bodies from the mandrel. Mark the position here, so that they can be replaced in the same location
- The fan housing of the Nordic S2/3/4 models is screwed on, so no sealant or adhesive is required.
- Nordic CL has no housing.
- On UNI 2 and K2.1, the fan housing is sealed with sealant and is easy to release.
- On UNI 3 and 4, it is easier to cut off the mandrel to remove the fan.
Installation Steps
- Release 4 screws with TX20 screwdriver.
- Lift off the electronics unit.
- Detach the loose cover over the bearing.
- Remove the circlip. Shaft Ø8.0mm, ring thickness 0.75mm. Be careful here, as it is easy to damage the ring.
- Lift out the stator.
- Press the bearing out manually.
- Insert the new bearing Ø 22mm, ø 8mm, width 7mm. SKF 608-2RSH. Only do this manually.
- Replace the stator in the fan.
- Remount the circlip. The stator will need to be pressed down.
- Replace the cover.
- Replace the electronics unit, making sure not to bend the contact pin.
- The pin in the electronics unit must be inserted in the hole in the stator.
- Retighten the four screws.
- Remount the fan in the housing. Use acrylic sealant where this was used before. Pop rivet the mandrel in a place where this was removed.
