WARNING
- Do not alter or modify this product in any way.
- Carefully inspect the product before installation.
- Never use a damaged power cord, adapter plug, or plug.
- Keep pets and children away from the installed power cord adapter plug.
- Never crush/squeeze a power cord adapter between an appliance and a wall or any other surface after installation. Carefully place appliance in position after installation of this adapter.
- Always turn off any appliance before inserting the AC power cord into any outlet.
- Failure to follow all general safety warnings and installation instructions may result in electrical shock or injury.
- Locate the AC circuit panel that provides 240VAC/30 Amp/Single Phase/60Hz to the existing wall mounted NEMA 14-30R receptacle used (typical US household electrical dryer outlet) and set that dedicated 30 Amp circuit breaker to the OFF position. Consult a qualified electrician if necessary.
- Plug the 3 prong 115 VAC power cord(s) attached to the Combo into the small 115 VAC NEMA 5-20R receptacles as needed. Two Combo units may be plugged into this power cord adapter plug and both will operate simultaneously as desired. Make sure the 115 VAC appliance power cord plugs are fully inserted into their 115 VAC receptacles on the adapter plug(s).
- Insert the large main 4 prong NEMA 14-30P (plug) into the wall mounted NEMA 14-30R (receptacle). Make sure the large plug head is fully seated and flush against the wall mounted outlet.

Leave at least 1″ (25 mm) of space around all edges/surfaces of the power cord adapter plug and receptacles and any wall/floor or other surface after the appliance is moved into the desired operating position.
- Return/restore the dedicated 30 Amp circuit breaker (referenced in step 1) to the ON position. Turn on the Combo in accordance with the operating instructions and/or the owner’s manual.
TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: This power cord adapter plug contains an independent automatic circuit breaker inside each of the 115 VAC outlet receptacles. After checking all other possible sources of AC power loss, examine the small red reset button on the receptacle plug(s). Under certain circumstances, pressing this red power reset button MAY restore AC power to the appliance(s) that are connected to this power cord adapter. If AC power is lost to the appliance (but other home/domicile AC power is present), wait at least one minute after power loss to the laundry appliance before pressing this red reset button. This MAY reset the internal power plug circuit breaker to the normal position. If pressing the red reset button fails to restore normal 115 VAC power to the appliance, or the power cord adapter safety circuit breaker activates again (red button pops up or out) after reset, unplug all 115 VAC appliance power cords from the adapter. Remove the adapter main 4 prong plug head from the NEMA 14-30R wall outlet.
