Operation Guides
Charging Instructions
- You can charge the vacuum cleaner directly via the charger OR place it on a charging base to charge.
- The charging base can be installed on wall or directly placed on a flat.
- Place the vacuum cleaner on the charging base to charge with the handle facing upward.
- Please remove the charging cable from the charging base if you want to charge via the charger directly. Insert the charging cable connector into the charging port at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner.
- After the charging cable is connected firmly, plug the charger into a power outlet.
- When the red indicator light comes out, the charger is connected to the power outlet correctly and the appliance is in charging mode. It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge. When it’s fully charged, the indicator light turns green and keep steady.
- After it’s fully charged, unplug the charger. During charging, the charger may feel hot.
NOTE: Please use the supplied charger or the charger of the same specifications to prevent from any damages. To reach the MAX charging capacity, fully charge the vacuum cleaner before the first use.
Use and Function of the Vacuum Cleaner
Instructions on vacuum cleaner
- Empty the vacuum cleaner before each use and keep it clean.
- Short press the Power button to turn on and start the vacuum cleaner; Short press the Power button again to turn off the vacuum cleaner.
- To clean desks, inner parts of a car, corners, sofas and carpets etc., insert the crevice nozzle into the nozzle.
- To pick up liquids, insert the water absorption nozzle into the nozzle.
Cleaning vacuum container and filter bag
- Ensure that the vacuum cleaner is in power-off state. Hold the handle and tilt the opening at a mild angle to avoid dust from flowing out from the opening. Press the dust container release button to take out the dust container from the appliance.
- Take out the filter stand from the dust container and empty its dust into a dust bin. After emptying, clean, wipe or air dry the dust container.
- Take the filter from the filter stand. Tape the filter bag and clean it totally (Use clean water to clean the vacuum container, filter stand and filter).
- When the parts are dry, put the filter on the filter stand and reinstall it into the vacuum container; And integrate the vacuum container with the main body.
- Press the vacuum container release button until the vacuum container is installed in place.
NOTE: Clean the vacuum container and filter bag with clean water, do not use with soap or any other detergent. Otherwise, it will shorten the lifespan of the filter bag. If the filter bag or the dust container is damaged accidentally, please contact our service team immediately.
Use on the Light
Short press the Light button to turn on the light in front of the vacuum
cleaner. To turn off the light, you can short press the Light button again.

Cleaning
- Before the regular cleaning and maintenance, unplug the charger from the power outlet.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner when the opening is blocked. Keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce air flow.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts, which will prevent from intakes of flammable or combustible liquids, such as gas or alcohol.
- When you turn on the power switch of the appliance, do not look into the opening directly.
- When using the vacuum cleaner, do not direct it at any people or animal.
Using
- The appliance is only for household use. Do not use it outdoors.
- Please grasp the power adaptor to remove it from the power outlet, instead of pulling the power cable.
- Do not leave the appliance when plugged in, otherwise it will cause damages.
- Do not use to vacuum huge or sharp objects, such as glasses.
- Do not use to vacuum reactive liquids (such as resolvent and corrosive detergents etc.)
- Do not use to vacuum flammable or combustible objects, such as gas and alcohol.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner with damaged parts on the main body or other places. Do not disassemble the appliance and its charger.
- Be careful not to be tripped over by the power cable when it’s in charging mode.
- Keep the power cable away from heated surfaces (cookers or any other hot objects).
- Do not handle the charger or power cable with wet hands.
Product Usage
- Long crevice suction is used for clean the dust in the corners of the wall.
- Hair suction is used for clean the coach, carpet and so on.
- The water-absorbent brush head cleans the liquid, and the liquid is sucked no more than 100ml; the liquid is poured out immediately after washing the liquid.
- A Clean the dust container according to the instructions, make sure the dust container and motor in dry state to charge.
Frequently Asked Question
Weak Suction or Almost No Suction
- The product can continuously work for 25 minutes. After using the vacuum cleaner for a period, the suction of the vacuum will decrease with the increase of the using time. If the suction is weak, please check the using time first. If the suction is weak initially, please check whether the product is fully charged.
- Please check whether the weak suction is caused by the dirty filter. If it is, please clean or replace the filter.

The Vacuum Cleaner Cannot Suck Up Pet Hair
- Check whether the vacuum cleaner is nearly out of battery. The low battery will cause weak suction which may not be able to suck up the pet hair. Please charge the machine following the charging guide.
- Check whether the hair is stuck on the sofa with liquid. Please loose the hair with a brush before vacuuming.
- Please contact our customer service staff if you find any other abnormalities.
The Product Gets Too Hot While Using
- Please turn off the vacuum cleaner first. and then check whether the dust container is full. Empty the dust container immediately if it is full of dust.
- Check whether the filter is clogged with dust. If it is, please clean and replace the filter timely.
The Product Does Not Work
- Check whether the product can be normally charged, and check whether the plug is well connected.
- When charging the vacuum cleaner, check whether the charging indicator light lights up as described in charging guide.
- Please contact us if you find any other abnormalities.

- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
- Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Do not use without dust bag and/or filters in place.

- Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance. Carrying the appliance with your finger on the switch or energizing appliance that have the switch on invites accidents.
- Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
- When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
- Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
- Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
- Do not expose a battery pack or appliance to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 130°C may cause explosion. The temperature of 130°C can be replaced by the temperature of 265°F.
- Do not charge the battery at ambient temperature below 39° F {4°C) or above 104°F (40°C). Also keeping the temperature range of between 39-1040F when storing unit or during use. Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
