Safety Instructions
Read all instructions before using. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire or serious injury.
Restrictions on use
- This device is not intended for use by children under the age of 8 or persons with physical, sensory or mental impairments or limited experience or knowledge without supervision by a parent or guardian to ensure safe operation and to avoid risks. Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Plastic film can be dangerous. To reduce the risk of suffocation, keep it away fromchildren.
- Use only indoors on non-carpeted surfaces such as vinyl, tile, sealed wood, etc. Take care not to run over loose objects or carpet edges. Stopping the brush can cause premature belt failure.
- Use only as described in this manual. Use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not expose the appliance to fire or excessive temperatures. Exposure to fire or excessive temperature may cause an explosion.
- Do not use in extremely hot or cold environments below 5℃ (41°F) or above 40℃ (104°F). Please charge the unit at a temperature above 5℃ (41°F) and below 40℃ (104°F).
- Do not immerse the appliance in liquids.
- Do not use to siphon flammable or combustible liquids such as petrol. Do not use in areas where flammable or combustible liquids may be present.
- Do not push objects through openings. Do not use if any opening is blocked. Keep the unit free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may obstruct airflow.
- Do not spill any toxic substances (chlorine bleach, ammonia, drain cleaners, etc.). Do not pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc.
- Do not use the unit in an enclosed area where there are fumes from oil-based paints, thinners, some mothproofing products, combustible dusts, or other explosive or toxic fumes. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.
- Do not use the appliance without the filter in place.
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts of the appliance and its accessories.
- Keep grounding cables away from the appliance when in use. There may be a hazard if the appliance runs over a power cord.
- Take special care when cleaning on stairs.
Maintenance and Storage
- Prevent accidental start-up. Make sure the switch is in the OFF position before picking up or carrying the machine. Carrying the product with a finger on the switch or turning the product on may result in an accident.
- Ensure that the product is placed on a level surface.
- Do not store the appliance where it may freeze.
- Switch off and unplug the appliance when not in use, before cleaning, maintenance or servicing and before connecting or disconnecting a moving brush.
- Do not use a damaged or modified appliance. A damaged or modified appliance may behave erratically, resulting in fire, explosion or injury.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
- Do not use the product with a damaged attachment (e.g. charging base, power cord, etc.). If the product or any attachment has been dropped, damaged, submerged in water or does not operate normally, do not use it. Have it repaired by an authorised service centre.
- Have service performed by a qualified service agent using only original spare parts. This will ensure the safety of the appliance.
Battery and Charging
- Only use the charger supplied to recharge the unit. Use only with the HCB3/HCB6 charger stand.
- Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the appliance outside the temperature range specified on the battery as this will increase the risk of fire.
- The charger stand has a drying function and is only suitable for drying the brush of this appliance.
- Do not handle the charger plug or appliance with wet hands. To unplug the \charger, grasp the charger plug, not the cable.
- Do not pull or carry the charger by the cable, use the cable as a handle or pull the cable around sharp edges or corners.
- This product contains batteries that should only be replaced by a qualified technician or customer service.
- The lithium-ion battery contains substances that are hazardous to the environment. Before disposing of the device, please remove the battery first, and then discard or recycle it in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the country or\ region.
- The unit must be disconnected from the power supply when removing the battery.\ Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
- Do not put batteries in your mouth. If swallowed, contact your doctor or local poison control centre.
- In the event of misuse, never touch the battery where liquid may be leaking. In case of accidental contact, rinse with water. If liquid comes into contact with the eyes, seek medical attention immediately. Liquid leaking from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

Installation
Installing the handle
- Insert the end of the handle vertically into the port on the top of the unit until you hear a click.
Installing the Storage Box
- Place the storage box on the charger stand.
Installing the Accessory Storage Mount
- Insert the support rod vertically into the storage mount until you hear a click.
Note: To remove the support rod, pull the tool out of the hole at the bottom of the holder. Press the contacts together and pull the rod upwards at the same time.
Charging
- Place the charger against a wall on level ground and connect it to a power source. Fully charge the unit before first use.
- Place the unit on the charging stand, the lightning flashes on the screen to indicate the charging status. When charging, the number on the screen represents the current percentage of battery power. When the number reaches 100, the battery is fully charged and the unit will switch off.
Note:
- If you do not use the vacuum cleaner for more than ten minutes, it will go into sleep mode.
- To prolong battery life, the battery will automatically continue to cool down for approximately one hour after prolonged use.
Use Instructions
Switching Modes
The unit is switched on in Auto mode by default, you can switch to Suction mode if required.
- Auto Mode : When cleaning the floor, the machine can adapt its suction power to different situations.
- Suction Mode: Selecting Suction mode means that the appliance will only vacuum water, and the brush roller will not be dampened. The clean water tank should not leak water.
- Standard Mode (Handvac): The device operates as a handheld vacuum in Standard Mode when powered on.
- Turbo Mode (Handvac): Press the handvac mode switch to select Turbo mode.
Using as a Floor Washer
Press the release button to remove the clean water tank. Open the tank cover and add clean water. Reinstall the clean water tank and ensure it clicks into place.
Note:
- For optimal cleaning results, add 10ml of detergent to the Clean Water Tank using the bottle cap. Gently shake the tank before use.
- If dealing with tough stains, fill the Clean Water Tank with warm water below 45℃ (113 ℉).
- Do not add any liquids other than the approved cleaner.
To start cleaning, gently step on the brush cover and recline the appliance backwards. After that, turn on the power switch and choose either Auto mode or Suction mode using the mode switch, depending on your requirements.
Note
- To prevent damage, do not use the vacuum on foamy liquids.
- The appliance is designed for cleaning hard surfaces, such as floors, marble, and tiles.
- To avoid water leakage, do not recline the appliance backwards more than 140°.
- Do not move or tilt the appliance while it is in operation, as this may cause used water to flow into the motor.
To empty the water tank, press the release button and remove the tank. Then, take off the tank cover and pour out the water that was used. Finally, reinstall the tank cover and tank before using it again.
Self-cleaning Mode
After cleaning, return the appliance to the base.
Start or stop the self-cleaning process using the self-cleaning button on the
top of the handle. Once the self-cleaning process is complete, empty the used
water tank. Press the button to exit drying mode.
Drying Mode
Press and hold the self-cleaning button for three seconds to activate the drying mode. The appliance will charge once the drying is complete.
Note:
- Once the self-cleaning process is finished, ensure to clean any stains on the charging base.
- If you are manually cleaning the brush roller, make sure to air dry it completely or use the drying mode several times.
Using as a Handheld Vacuum
To remove the handbag, press the release button.
Install the dust cup assembly and other attachment until you hear a click. To start operating, briefly press the power switch.
Switch between Standard mode and Turbo mode by briefly pressing the mode switch based on your needs.
Note: Do not use the motorized mini-brush with the extension rod.
Using Different Attachments
- Combination Tool: The Combination Tool is designed to clean narrow spaces, such as corners, stairs, sofas, and coffee tables.
- Soft Roller Brush: The Soft Roller Brush is ideal for cleaning hard floors, such as marble floors.
- Motorized Mini-Brush : The Motorized Mini-Brush is designed to vacuum dirt, pet hair, and other stubborn debris from sofas, bedding, and other fabric surfaces.
- Accessory Storage Mount : The accessory storage mount is designed to keep all the necessary components in one place for easy access and convenience. Store the dust cup assembly, soft roller brush, combination tool, and motorized mini brush on the mount.
- Storage Box: Store the cleaning brush, filter, and brush roller in the storage box
Care and Maintenance
Tips
- Before performing any maintenance, ensure that the appliance is turned off.
- If any parts need replacing, only use those available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
- If the appliance will not be used for an extended period, fully charge it, unplug the power adapter, and store it in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. To prevent over-discharge of the battery, charge the appliance at least once every three months.
Cleaning the Used Water Tank and the Filter
- To remove the Used Water Tank, press the release button.
- Remove the filter from the used water tank cover. Then, remove the tank cover and pour out the wastewater.
- Rinse the Used Water Tank and the tank cover with water. You can use the provided cleaning brush can be used to clean the inner wall of the tank.
- Re-install the Used Water Tank cover and ensure it clicks into place.
Note:
- It is recommended to clean the used water tank after each use.
- Additionally, it is recommended to replace the filter every three to six months.
- If the filter is dirty and needs washing, rinse it with water and ensure it is completely dry before use.
Cleaning the Tube and the Dirt Sensor
- Remove the Used Water Tank, wipe the tube and the dirt sensor with a wet cloth before use
Cleaning the Dust Cup Assembly
- Press the dust cup release button and remove the cup.
- Remove the filter and cyclone assembly from the dust cup, and then empty the cup.
- To clean the filter, tap it gently or use the cleaning brush. Rinse both the filter and the dust cup with water.
- Before use, make sure that both the filter and dust cup are completely dry.
Note:
- To reduce the risk of electric shock or injury, do not rinse the cyclone assembly with water.
- It is recommended to clean the dust cup after each use or when the amount of dust in the cup reaches the MAX line.
- Replacing the filter every three to six months is recommended.
Cleaning the Brush Assembly
- Press the brush roller cover release buttons on both sides. Then, press the brush roller release button, and the handle of the brush roller will pop out. Finally, pull the handle to take out the brush roller.
- Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any hair and debris tangled on the brush roller. Rinse the brush roller with clean water and dry it thoroughly.
- Clean the suction inlet using a dry cloth or wet tissue. Do not wash the brush assembly with water.
- Re-install the brush roller and cover after cleaning. You will hear a click to indicate that they are installed in place.
Note
- Clean as needed. Alternating use of the two provided brush rollers is recommended.
- It is recommended to replace the brush roller every three to six months.
Cleaning the Soft Roller Brush
- Press the button to release the brush roller and remove it from the slot.
- Rinse the brush roller with clean water when it is dirty. Stand the brush roller upright until it is fully dry.
Cleaning the Motorized Mini-Brush
- To remove the brush roller, rotate the lock counterclockwise using a coin until you hear a click.
- Rinse the brush roller with clean water when it is dirty. Stand the brush roller upright until it is fully dry.
Troubleshooting
If the appliance stops working, refer to the table below. If the issue persists, please contact customer service.

Battery Disposal and Removal
The built-in lithium-ion battery contains substances that are hazardous to the environment. Before disposing of the battery, ensure that it is removed by qualified personnel and disposed of at an appropriate recycling facility.
- The battery must be removed from the device before disposal.
- The equipment must be disconnected from the mains power supply when removing the battery.
- Dispose of the battery safely.
Removal instructions
- Remove the screen by rotating it with a tool.
- Remove the battery cover screws one at a time, then pry open the cover with a suitable tool.
- Disconnect the terminals between the battery and the printed circuit board to remove the battery.
Caution
- Before removing the battery, disconnect the power and allow the battery to discharge as much as possible.
- Unused batteries should be disposed of at an appropriate recycling facility.
- Do not expose to high temperatures to avoid risk of explosion.
- Liquid may leak from the battery if mistreated. In the event of contact, flush with water and seek medical attention.
