ACCESSORIES AND MOUNT OPTIONS

Spectra is designed for multiple activities and can easily be switched between the different mount accessories. The battery can also be carried in multiple ways by using different battery accessories and cords. The included accessories vary between the different Spectra models. All accessories can be bought separately.

REMOTE CONTROL
The Spectra Remote Control is connected to your Spectra Headlamp via Bluetooth* and will help you to easily switch between the five light modes. Boost the light when in technical terrain, or dim it down when meeting other people. The remote will also inform you about which brightness level you are currently running on, and the battery level of both the headlamp and the remote control itself.

*Read more about Bluetooth synchronization under ”Controlling the lamps light modes with the remote control”

REMOTE CONTROL – WRIST BAND
The wristband is attached and adjusted with Velcro and can be hand-washed. Attach the remote to the wristband by sliding it (in the direction towards the plus button) into the snap socket until you hear a click. To detach, slide it out of the socket in the direction towards the minus button.

REMOTE CONTROL – BAR MOUNT (SPECTRA A)
The bar mounts for the remote control is attached to the bar with the integrated rubber strap. Pull the rubber strap around the bar and fasten it on the plastic hook. The mount fits poles or bars with a diameter of 22-35 mm.
Attach the remote control to the bar mount by sliding it (in the direction towards the plus button) into the snap socket until you hear a click. To detach, slide it out of the socket in the direction towards the minus button.

HEAD MOUNT (SPECTRA O)
Spectra Head Mount is ergonomically shaped to give you a comfortable fit and optimal weight distribution. Adjust the head mount with the 5 different Velcro adjustments. Attach the lamp by sliding the lamp foot down into the snap bracket. To remove, slide the headlamp up and out of the bracket. Use the two loops on the top of the head mount to guide the cable to the battery.

HELMET MOUNT (SPECTRA A)
The helmet mount comes with:

  • 1 double adhesive pad.
  • 1 friction pad with one adhesive side and one rubber side.
  • 2 attachment straps.

The Spectra Helmet Mount is designed to fit most helmet types and can be mounted in two different ways by using different pads/straps.

  • You can use the double adhesive pad to attach the helmet mount to your favorite helmet. First, remove the protective film that covers one side of the pad and attach the pad to the back side of the helmet mount. Then remove the protective film from the other side of the pad and firmly press the helmet mount in the correct position onto the helmet. Make sure that the surface of the helmet is clean and dry. For optimal effect – you should leave the attachment in this state for at least 24 hours before using it with the lamp.

  • If you do not want to use the double adhesive pad on your helmet – you can use the friction pad instead. The pad creates friction and prevents the helmet mount from sliding. With this method, the helmet mount can be switched between different helmets. First, remove the protective film that covers the adhesive side of the pad and attach the pad to the back side of the helmet mount. Then remove the protective film from the rubber side of the pad. Place the helmet mount in the correct position on the helmet and use the attachment straps with the ventilation holes (or other attachment points) on the helmet.

Once the helmet mount is attached to the helmet, you can easily slide the lamp in and out of the bracket. Attach the lamp by sliding the lamp foot down into the bracket. To remove, slide the headlamp up and out of the bracket.

BAR MOUNT (SPECTRA A)
The bar mount is designed to fit bars with a diameter of 31.8-35 mm. Attach the bar mount by placing it around the bar and lock it into position by tightening the screw (no tools needed). The bar mount can be used either with or without the rubber inserts to better adapt to the specific bar diameter. Once the bar mount is attached to the bar, you can easily slide the lamp in and out of the bracket. Attach the lamp by sliding the lamp foot down into the bracket. To remove, slide the headlamp up and out of the bracket.

EXTENSION CABLE (SPECTRA A)
The extension cable gives you 90 cm extra cable length between the lamp unit and the battery, allowing you to place the battery further from the battery than what is possible with the integrated cables, e.g. a backpack, pocket or similar. The battery can not be charged while connected to the extension cable.

BATTERY SLEEVE (SPECTRA A)
Spectra Battery Sleeve is for mounting the Spectra Battery 96 Wh to your bike frame or wherever you find suitable. The sleeve is made of neoprene and it has silicone friction prints on the inside to hold the battery in place, and Velcro straps for easy mounting on most frames and configurations. Pull the sleeve over the battery, then attach the straps to the Velcro surface of the sleeve. Pull the straps tightly around the battery and the frame and attach the Velcro.

DOUBLE BATTERY CONNECTOR (SOLD SEPARATELY)
The Spectra Battery 96 Wh can be bought separately as an extra accessory if you need a backup battery or an additional battery to extend the burn time. To enable longer burn time without having to stop and switch batteries – two batteries can be connected at the same time by using the Double battery connector. The adaptor connects the batteries in parallel and doubles the battery time – everything else on the lamp works as usual. The connected batteries can have different charge levels without it affecting the function. The batteries can not be charged while connected to the adaptor.

BATTERY HARNESS (SOLD SEPARATELY)
Spectra Battery Harness is a lightweight and ergonomic carrier, shaped like a running vest to carry your Spectra 96 Wh battery during fast-paced activities. It has a large pocket in the back that holds 1-2 batteries, 2 mesh pockets in the front for gels or bars, and a compression strap to hold the battery firmly in place or to carry a wind jacket, etc. The harness has a total of 7 different adjustment points. Optimize the fit and weight distribution by adjusting the length of the shoulder straps, the attachment points in the back, and the length and vertical position of the chest strap. The harness can be hand washed and weighs 170 grams.

GoPro MOUNT (SOLD SEPARATELY)
Spectra GoPro Mount makes your Spectra headlamp compatible with GoPro camera mounts. Attach the bracket to the GoPro camera mount with a GoPro thumb screw. Once the bracket is in place, you can easily slide the Spectra headlamp in and out of the bracket. Attach the lamp by sliding the lamp foot down into the bracket. To remove, slide the head lamp up and out of the bracket.
