FRONT PANEL
NOTE: The following two descriptions are for Mic 1 to Mic 6.
LEVEL: Adjusts the amount of signal from the Microphone Input channel to the
Master Level.
TONE: Adjusts the relative frequency components of the Mic signal. Turning
this control clockwise from the center (detent) position de-creases the low
frequencies. Turning the control counter-clockwise from center decreases the
high frequencies.
SOURCE LEVEL CONTROLS 1 – 2: Adjust the amount of signal from the indicated
Source channel to the Master Level.
MONO: When IN makes both sources mono on the output section IN 2: 1/8” (3.5
mm) Source Input jack. This jack parallels the Source 2 Input on the rear
panel.
BASS: Varies the amount of the low frequency portion <(500 Hz) of the Source
signals.
TREBLE: Varies the amount of the high Mequency portion {Ss kHz) of the Source
signals.
POWER: For engaging the power to the RM89 this is a hard wired switch when off
no power is consumed by the RM89.
LED: Indicates that the RM89 is powered on.
REAR PANEL
15 VDC INPUT: Connects to the included Rolls PS27s power adapter.
LINE OUTPUTS
RCA: Unbalanced output jacks
XLR: Mono balanced output jack
SOURCE INPUTS: Unbalanced RCA input jacks.
Mic/Line switches: For selecting Mic level or Line level for each individual
input or output.
PHANTOM POWER: Dip switches for applying phantom power to the indicated
microphone.
MICROPHONE INPUTS 1-6: Balanced XLR jacks for connecting to dynamic or
condenser microphones.
The rear indentation is for securing the power cord to the unit.
