Do not attempt to repair the device yourself; customer service is available. FREE APP, LIFETIME SUPPORT
No subscription fee. The app is available on the App Store and on Google Play. Free access to your online personal dashboard. Accessible from multiple devices.
WIRELESS SPECIFICATIONS
802.11 b/g/n compatible (2.400-2.496 GHz @ 100mW).
Supported security: Open/WEP/WPA/ WPA2-personal (TKIP and AES).
Wireless connection between the gateway and the shutters: long-range radio (868.95 MHz @16mW).
Requirements: Wi-Fi router and Internet access.
Public hotspots are not supported.
HOME KIT
To control this HomeKit-enabled accessory, iOS 9.0 or later is recommended.
Controlling this HomeKit-enabled accessory automatically and away from home requires an Apple TV with tvOS 10.0 or later or an iPad with iOS 10.0 or later set up as a home hub.
