Safety Information

Before setting up this device, carefully read all documentation included in the product packag- ing.

This equipment has been designed with personal considerations in mind, but improper use may result in electric shock and fire. In order not to damage the safety components inside the monitor, please observe the following regulations during installation, use and maintenance.

  • To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this device to rain or moisture.

  • Before using this equipment, make sure that all cables are properly connected and
    that the power cord is not damaged. If there is any damage, please contact your
    dealer immediately.

  • Avoid dust, humidity and extreme temperatures. Do not place this device in any area where it may get wet. Place the device on a stable surface.
    Never push any foreign objects or spill any liquids into the openings on the casing of the device.

  • Please use the power cord provided with the monitor. If you use another power cord that is not provided by the dealer, please confirm whether it meets the relevant national standards. When the power cord is damaged, please contact your dealer for replacement

  • Please use a power supply with a voltage of 5V and a current of 2A or above. Mobile phone chargers, power banks, and USB3.0 ports that meet the power supply requirements can power the display, do not use a power supply lower than 5V2A to power the device. If you do not know the type of power supply, please ask your
    dealer.

  • Do not try to open the back cover of the monitor. There are no user-serviceable parts in the machine. If the monitor is abnormal, please consult the dealer.

To avoid personal injury, observe the following:

  • Do not place the monitor on a sloping surface unless there are safety measures.
  • • Do not drop, click or throw objects/toys on the screen. Personal injury, product damage, and screen damage can result.

  • When you leave the room for a long time, please turn off the power of the monitor.
  • Do not allow children to drop or insert objects inside the monitor. Do not install accessories not specifically designed for the monitor. When the monitor is left unattended for a long time, please unplug the power cord.

To prevent damage to the monitor, avoid the following situations.

  • The power cord is the main power isolation device and must be placed where it is easily accessible.

Do not rub the screen panel with hard objects, as this will scratch or permanently damage the LCD.

Do not press the LCD screen with your fingers for a long time, otherwise it will produce afterglow, which will damage the screen in severe cases.

There may be red, green and blue pixel dead pixels on the screen, but it does not affect the display function.

If possible, try to use the recommended resolution for best results. If any mode other than the recommended resolution is used, abnormal picture may be produced. But this is characteristic of LCD panels with fixed resolution.

A still image that stays on the screen for a long time can damage the screen and create an afterimage. Make sure to use a screen saver. Afterimages and related problems are not covered by the product’s warranty.

Monitor Introduction

  • The function keys are designed with a thumb wheel, and an independent Power/Return key.
  • Press and hold the Power/Return for 3 seconds to turn on/off the monitor,
  • Press thumb wheel to open the OSD menu of the monitor, in the menu, turn the thumb wheel up and down to control the cursor, press the thumb wheel to confi short press the Power/Return to return
  • Move up the thumb wheel to open the brightness quick adjustment menu, and dial up and down to control the brightness
  • Move down the thumb wheel to open the volume shortcut adjustment menu, ar dial up and down to control the volume
  • USB Type C full-featured interface: responsible for monitor power supply, audio and video signal transmission, touch signal transmission, support positive and negative insertion.

USB Type C power supply interface: provides external power supply support, supports reverse charging, is compatible with PD2.0 power supply protocol, and supports 5V-20V protocol power supply (5V/3A is recommended)

  • Mini HDMI interface: responsible for audio and video signal transmission 3.5mm interface: headphone/speaker extenion interface.

Connect Computer with Full-featured Interface

The monitor supports a full-featured USB3.1 Type C interface connected to the standard wire and one line for extended display or copy display use. The touch version of ZB156 can be used for touch operation on the monitor (system support is required, some systems are better optimized for touch, enter Windows 10, please consult the dealer for details)

Connect Mobile Phone with TV-out function


The display supports connecting the mobile phone with the standard cable, and input the screen content of the mobile phone or customize the Ul interface according to the system settings:

When there is no external power supply, the mobile phone battery supplies power to the display (energy-saving mode is activated, and the display brightness is automatically adjusted
The user can adjust the brightness and volume of the display according to the output power of the mobile phone.)

Connect Nintendo Switch

In the case of an external power supply, the monitor supports connecting the Switch host with a standard cable and turning on the Switch TV mode.


When an external 5V power supply is connected , the external power supply supplies power to the display, and the Switch uses the body battery to run the program, and the display output is 720P;

When an external 15V PD protocol power supply is connected , the external power supply supplies power to the display and the Switch at the same time. The battery of the Switch body is in charging state/display output is 1080P.

Connect Computer With HDMI Interface

The monitor has a Mini HDMI interface, which is compatible with most HDMI devices.

when connecting to a computer with an HDMI interface, you need to connect HDMI

to the computer, support computer USB3.0 power supply and external 5V2A power supply. (The touch screen version of the model must connect the TypeC to the USB interface of the computer to realize, and the user can provide the USB A to C cable by himself)

Note :

  • The TypeC port on the right is a full-featured USB3.1 port with power supply function. The TypeC port on the left is an auxiliary power supply port. In general. please connect the TypeC port on the right to power the device first.
  • When connecting an external HDMI cable, please connect the power supply first. and then connect the HDMI to ensure the smooth transmission of the signal.
  • When a single wire is connected to the right typeC port , the power saving function of the monitor will be activated, and the brightness will be automatically adjusted to 30% to ensure power supply and save equipment power, users can adjust the brightness according to the actual situation.

Common Problems And Solutions

Q: The monitor does not light up, and the power indicator light does not light up
A: Press the power button to check whether the monitor is turned on; check whether the USB cable is properly connected to the monitor and the power supply interface.

Q: The display is off, and the power indicator is red
A: Check whether the monitor and the connected device are turned on; make sure the USB cable is correctly connected between the monitor and the connected device; check the signal cable to make sure that no pins are bent; try to connect other devices to eliminate the cause of the device; if the fault still exists, it is recommended to Contact the dealer or after-sales processing.

Q: The screen shows no signal
A: Check whether the signal wire is correctly connected to the interface of the connecting device: try to plug and unplug the wire again, the wiring sequence should be to connect the power supply first, and then connect the signal wire;

Q: The screen image jumps or a ripple pattern appears in the image
A: Make sure the cable is properly connected between the monitor and the connected device; remove the electronic device that may cause electrical interference.

Q: Screen image colors look incorrect (color blocks, color casts, etc.)
A: Check the connecting wire to make sure no pins are bent.

Q: Flickering occurs when the screen displays content
A: If the screen is flickering, it is necessary to give priority to whether the power supply is sufficient. It is recommended to use a power adapter that supports 18W or above to supply power to the monitor, if the power supply is normal and the screen flickers, it is recommended to contact the dealer or after-sales for processing.

Q: Why my monitor turns white when connecting to an Apple computer?
A: When connecting the Apple computer, if the screen turns white after the HDR mode of the computer is turned off, you need to turn off the HDR mode in the monitor at the same time. Because the HDR mode of the computer and the HDR mode of the monitor need to be turned on or off at the same time, if only one side is turned on, the display will be white. This is not caused by poor compatibility.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning

  • Power off the monitor and unplug the power cord. Use a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth to clean the display surface. Moisten a cloth in a mild detergent to remove stubborn stains.
  • Do not use cleaners containing alcohol or acetone. Use a special cleaner for liquid crystals. Never spray cleaner directly on the screen/the cleaner may seep into the monitor and cause an electric shock.

The following phenomena are normal for monitors.

  • You may find that the brightness on the screen is slightly uneven, depending on the desktop pattern you are using.
  • After the same image is displayed for several hours, the image displayed on the previous screen may remain when switching images. The screen will slowly recover/or you can turn off the power switch for hours.
  • When the screen becomes black or flickering or cannot continue to work, contact your dealer or service center for repairs. Do not repair the screen yourself!

Disposal

  • The monitor’s fluorescent light contains trace amounts of mercury.
  • Do not dispose of the product as general household waste.

After-sales service

This product provides Gobigger original one-year warranty service

  • Within 7 days from the date of sale of the product, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair if there is a failure listed in the “Microcomputer Product Performance Failure Table”.
  • Within 15 days from the date of sale of the product, when the failure listed in the “Microcomputer Product Performance Failure Table” appears, the consumer can choose to exchange or repair it
