CIAYS CIPS13G Pet Water Fountain

Important reminders

• FOR INDOOR USE ONLY!
• This product is only suitable for DC5V-1A power adapter, please use the power adapter that meets the relevant national and regional standards
• The product needs to be used is a dry environment.

Tips for first use

1. Clean the product, take out the sponge and activated carbon, and soak for 10 minutes under running water (if you can see some black activated carbon powder during soaking or use it’s normal and unharmful).
2. Before connecting to any power supply, make sure that the power socket is normal and the voltage is consistent with the products (DCSV-1A).

Instructions for use

1. Take out the water tank and other accessories. Then rinse the cotton filter, the upper and lower water tanks, and the water outlet.
2. Take out the filter and soak for ten minutes (a little activated carbon powder is normal).
3. To assemble the fountain (please refer to the Product Assembly section below), add water to a level below the Max waterline (please always maintain the water level below Max. NOTE: Maintain water level above half full, to prevent loud noises or decrease the lifespan of the pump.
4. Plugin the pump’s USB into the power adapter, then plug the adapter into a power socket. The pump will start to work.

Product Assembly

1. Put the two filter boxes into the filter compart­ments of the upper tank.
2. Put the small rubber ring onto the outlet of the water pump.
3. Install the water pump into the lower tank with the water outlet facing inwards.
4. The USB cable is placed in the position of the water pump groove.
5. Install the upper and lower tank as shown in the figure, and pay attention to the alignment of the gaps.
6. Put the large sealing rubber ring onto the water outlet.
7. Install the outlet trough into the upper trough.

Water injection operation

Method 1: Unplug the power, Take out the drinking basin, Slowly pour clean and sanitary water into the water tank.The water quantity should be within the specified range.
Method 2: Unplug the power, Slowly pour clean and hygienic water into the drinking basin. The water quantity should be within the specified range.

Cleaning and maintenance

WARNING

• Risk of electric shock! During the cleaning process, do not put the adapter in water or other liquids.
• Risk of electric shock! Unplug the power adapter every time you clean or remove accessories.

CAUTION

• Risk of electric shock! Do not use corrosive detergents, clean wire brushes, abrasive materials or sharp appliances.
• Risk of deformation! It is not recommended to use a dishwasher.
• Risk of illness! Please wash it directly under running water, do not use soap or other detergents. Detergent residue may harm your pet’s health.

Cleaning method of water pump

1. The overall structure of the pump.
2. Use your nails to enter the water panel and pull it out.
3. Take out the cover inside the motor cavity.
4. Use the tweezers or scissors to take out the rotor inside the motor cavity, and clean all parts.

Filter description

How to replace the filter element

1. Purchase a special filter element for Chongquan water dispenser.
2. The filter element needs to be soaked in clean water for about 10 minutes before use (the filter element must not stick to oil).
3. Remove the old filter element from the upper sink and install the soaked filter element.

Filter element application period

1. With a filter cartridge, the applicable period is 30 days.
2. In order to ensure a better filtering effect, it is recommended to replace the filter element once a month.
3. If water flow slows down, dirt is blocked, or the filter element is damaged, please replace the filter element in time.

(The 30-day use period is obtained from laboratory testing, and the specific use time varies according to the actual water quality).
