Product Usage Instructions
Mounting the Crestron Videobar 70
- Attach the template to the desired mounting location with the center reference line aligned.
- Drill two pilot holes on each side of the center reference line using a 5/16 inch drill bit.
- Use a drywall saw to create a cutout in the wall for Videobar 70 cables.
- Install the four included anchors and screws into the drilled pilot holes.
Connecting and Configuring
- Connect the touch screen’s PoE injector for simple installation.
- Connect displays to the video bar.
- Connect a laptop to the video bar.
- Configure microphone and speaker settings on the touch screen.
- Apply power to all devices in the setup.
Log In to Zoom Rooms
- Tap “Touch Here to Enable a Specific Application” on the screen.
- Select “Zoom Rooms” and confirm to reboot the touch screen.
- Enter the pairing code displayed on the screen to pair the touch screen.
- Enter the activation code provided by the administrator to activate Zoom Rooms.
- Enter Zoom Room credentials and sign in.

The UC-B70-A-Z Crestron Flex tabletop conferencing system provides a medium to large room video conference solution for use with Zoom Rooms® software. The UC-B70-A-Z features a 10.1 in. tabletop touch screen, Crestron Videobar 70 with intelligent high-definition video and audio, a PoE injector, and cables. The UC-B70-A-Z also supports up to three video displays (not included).

Mount Devices
Mount the Crestron Videobar 70
- Mount on a Wall
The Videobar 70 includes anchors that are suitable for mounting it on sheetrock walls up to 1/2 in. (13 mm) thickness. Masonry and

The following tools are required to mount Videobar 70:

- Attach the template to the desired mounting location with the template’s center reference line at the center of the desired location.
- Drill two pilot holes on each side of the center reference line.
- Each side should have one pilot hole drilled in each row of the template.
- Use a drywall saw to make a cutout in the wall for Videobar 70 cables.
- The cutout in the center of the template provides adequate access for all of the required cabling.
- Install the four included anchors and screws into the drilled pilot holes.
NOTE: The included power pack’s cord is typically routed from the wall opening, through the cable cutout.

System Overview
Software
- Make a direct connection for simple installation and setup by connecting the touch screen’s PoE injector.
- Connect displays to the video.
- Connect a laptop to the video.
Configure
Apply power
Apply power to the video bar and all of the other devices in the system. The
connected display device will show a pairing code.
Log In to the Zoom Rooms

Tap Touch Here to Enable a Specific Application on the bottom of the screen. A list of applications is displayed.

Tap Zoom Rooms and then tap Confirm. The touch screen will reboot.

Enter the pairing code shown on the display to pair the touch screen with the UC Engine.

The Zoom Rooms controller app is:
Activation Code:- a. Tap Enter Activation Code.
- b. Enter the 16-digit activation code provided by the administrator to activate the Zoom Room that is assigned to the activation code. The Zoom Rooms Conference Room screen is shown on the display.
- c. Tap Sign In.
- d. Enter the Zoom Room credentials and tap Sign In.
Select the conference room name from the list and tap Next. The Zoom Rooms Conference Room screen is shown

Tap Settings. If a password is required, enter the password (the default password is “1234”).

Tap Microphone and select the videobar as the source.
Configure the System
Connect a USB keyboard and mouse (sold separately) to a USB port on the
video bar to configure system features.
