FAQ and Solutions

  1. What if the solar charger fails to charge itself ?
A: Sometimes it will not charge if the sunlight is not strong, cause the generated power of the solar panel is small and it will loose some power during the conversion; besides, when mobile device is on standby, it also leads to power reducing. So please expose the panel under strong sunlight. Solar charger is just for emergency use.

  2. Why can’t I charge other 5V external devices?
A: Make sure the connection between the solar charger and your device is secure. B: Make sure the solar charger still has a charge. If it is completely discharged, recharge it and then retry charging your device. C: Ensure that the solar charger’s output current and voltage are compatible with your device.

  3. Why can’t I charge my Bluetooth device with the solar charger?
A: The solar charger will not charge devices with input currents lower than 50mA, including some Bluetooth and GPS devices.
