Product Usage Instructions

How to Start Charging

  1. Take out the charger and firmly insert the plug into your power socket outlet.
  2. Remove the cap on the connector and completely plug the vehicle connector into the vehicle inlet.
  3. The device will start charging automatically when the AC and EV indicators are all green.
  4. The charger’s default current setting is 6A (see CAUTION).
  5. We recommend that the charging cable is not used for more than 2 hours.

How to Stop Charging

  1. Stop the charging (follow your car manufacturer’s instructions) and disconnect the vehicle connector from the vehicle inlet.
  2. Close the protective cap of the vehicle inlet and turn off the protective cap of the vehicle charging connector.
  3. Disconnect the plug from the power socket outlet.
  4. Pack up the EV charger cable and put it into the bag.

  • Q: What is the warranty for the product?
    A: This Charging equipment comes with a one-year warranty against product failure or quality problems. Warranty covers issues related to high-pressure inspection testing and extensive product trials. It is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Please note that the warranty does not cover product issues due to improper handling, installation, use, maintenance negligence, or situations where the product cannot be used properly.

How to start charging

  1. Step 1. Take out the charger and firmly insert the plug into your Power socket outlet.
  2. Step 2. Remove the cap on the connector and completely plug the vehicle connector into the vehicle inlet.
  3. Step 3. The device will start charging automatically when the READY/CHARGE, POWER indicators are all green.
  4. Step 4. The Factory default current setting is 6A (see CAUTION).
  5. Step 5. We recommend that the charging cable is not used for more than 2 hours.

How to stop charging

  1. Step 1. Stop the charging (follow your car manufacturer’s instructions) and disconnect the vehicle connector from the vehicle inlet.
  2. Step 2. Close the protective cap of the vehicle inlet and put on the protective cap of the vehicle charging connector.
  3. Step 3. Disconnect the plug from the Power source socket-outlet.
  4. Step 4. Pack up the EV charger cable and put it into the bag.

WARRANTY

This Charging equipment has been subjected to high-pressure inspection testing, and extensive product trials, so the customer can be assured of the highest quality and performance.

This product is covered by a one-year Warranty to cover product failure or quality problems. Any product issues due to improper handling, installation, use and maintenance negligence which might lead to product damage or to a situation where the product cannot be used properly, are not included in this warranty. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

CAUTION

  • Have a professional electrician check that each Power source socket- outlet to which the cable is to be connected complies with the applicable standards and regulations in your country, and in particular that it has:
    • An HFI/PHFI relay, which only supplies outlets for chargers
    • A fuse/aut. fuse that only supplies outlets to the charger
    • Earth
    • CA cable with a cross-sectional area that can supply the charger
    • A Power source socket with a dedicated connection without a switch
    • HFI relay
  • Before connecting the cable, check the nominal voltage and make sure that the socket and the mains have sufficient power to charge your car. The maximum rated voltage varies between countries and suppliers.
  • Do not use a connector that shows signs of wear, overheating, damage, or discolouration.
  • Keep the charging cable out of the reach of children.
  • Do not use extension cords, connectors, or adapters.
  • Avoid touching the cable connector, the socket, or the vehicle’s charging connector.
  • The cable must not be disassembled or modified in any way.
  • Do not use the charging cable near water, in case of corrosion or if there are foreign objects in the cable connector.
  • If a malfunction or anomaly occurs, or if the ERROR warning light comes on or flashes, stop using the cable immediately. See the guide on the meaning of the indicators.
  • Do not use the cable if parts are broken, frayed, open or show other signs of damage.
  • Use the cable gently, avoid dropping it, or running over it and do not pull hard on it.
