BASIC FUNCTIONS

1. Power Button  (Power on/off)
   • Long press for 2-3s: Power on/off
   • Short press: Play/Pause
   • Double press quickly: Mode switching
   • Default BT mode when powered on (BT-AUX)

OPERATION GUIDE

1. Power on/off
   Long press the power button” O” for 2-3 seconds to power on/off.

2. Bluetooth Mode
   It will enter Bluetooth mode after powering on, and the blue indicator light will flash. Turn on your device, search for “SXL4050″ from your Bluetooth list, and click on Connect. You will hear a voice prompt once connect successfully, and the blue indicator light will log on. Then you can start to play your music. Press the” “button 3 times to disconnect the Bluetooth.

3. Volume control
   Short press “+” to increase volume, and short press”-“to decrease volume; When the volume increase to maximum, you will hear a “Beep” voice prompt.

   • Previous/ next song control:
     Long press” + ” for 2 seconds to play the next song, and long press” -” for 2 seconds to play the previous song on Bluetooth mode.

   • Operation on playing status:
     When on Bluetooth mode, short press” ” to pause playing, and press again to start playing; When on AUX mode, short press “O” to mute, press again to unmute.

4. Hands-free function
   Using your mobile phone to call when it’s connected with SXL4050, SXL4050 will enter Hands-free mode automatically. When there is an incoming call, short press “ “to answer the call/ short press again to hang up the call/ double press to reject the call.

5. If you have two SXL4050s, power on both of them, and they will enter Bluetooth mode. Short press each of their ” + – “button, and the two speakers will connect with each other automatically. After they connected successfully, the sub-master SXL4050’s blue indicator light will long on, and the master SXL4050’s blue indicator light will keep flashing. Follow point 2 (point 2 above)to conduct a Bluetooth connection, after a successful connection, you can start to play the music and enjoy stereo sound.
   Remark:

6. TWS function needs two SXL4050, and both of them are in Bluetooth status.

7. Do not connect with other Bluetooth devices if you want to make a TWS connection.

8. AUX audio input
   Put the 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX port of SXL4050, the speaker will switch to AUX mode automatically. Connect the other side with your phone or PC, then you can start to play music.

9. Mode switching
   If you want to switch to other modes during playing, press the” ” button twice quickly to switch. BT-AUX will cycle in sequence, but AUX will work when the AUX cable is plugged in.

10. Charging
    Important tips:

    • Do not use a power adapter without safety certification.
    • Suggest using an output 5V/1.5A (or above 1.5A) adapter to charge.
    1. Please charge SXL4050 ASAP when you hear a low-battery voice prompt.
    2. The red indicator light will on while charging, and it will off when full charge.

11. Energy saving
    SXL4050 will automatically power off to save power if:

    • It will power off automatically if SXL4050 does not connect with any Bluetooth devices in 10 minutes on Bluetooth mode.
    • You need to long press “ ” for 2-3 seconds to power it on.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What kind of charger should we use for the speaker?
A: All common USB chargers can be used, while we suggest the ones 5V/2A or above 2A.

Q: What if there is noise or discontinuous sound during playing?
A: The speaker can be normally used within 10m under a no-obstruction environment. If it is beyond 10m or with obstruction. there might be noise or discontinuous sound.

Q: Why does the speaker power off automatically after powering on but no Bluetooth disconnection?
A: When there is no Bluetooth pairing in 10 minutes, the speaker will shut down automatically to reduce power consumption.

Q: Why does the speaker cannot connect to the once-paired cell phone?
A: First, remove the speaker’s paired name from the cellphone’s Bluetooth list and then restart Paring.

Q: What is the working sequence of the speaker?
A: The default mode is Bluetooth mode but when insert in AUX in the cable, it will be AUX IN mode.

Q: The speaker cannot be started up in a normal situation.
A: Please plug in the charger and try in a few minutes or try to long press the power button 10-30s to reset.

Notes:

1. Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it properly.
2. For the first use, please fully charge the product.
3. Pls, use a certified adopter that has passed national safety certification.
4. If you do not use the product for a long time, be sure to charge it once within a month at least to maintain its performance.
5. Do not use this product in an extremely cold or hot environment, such as a temperature beyond the range of 5t-35 tc. if used beyond the above range, the product may stop automatically to protect the internal circuit.
6. When charging it in a high-temperature environment. the product may automatically stop charging to protect the battery. At this time, the charging indicator usually flashes quickly to indicate that the charging environmental temperature or the product’s internal temperature is too high.
7. Storage environment temperature: -5°C~35°C RH < 70% (recommended 25°C£5°C).

1. Do not disassemble or repair this speaker personally, otherwise, it may cause product damage or personal injury.
2. Do not use it in a dusty, humid, dry, and high-temperature environment.
3. Do not place this product near a heat source, or a place with direct sunlight, a lot of dust. or mechanical vibration.
4. In order to reduce the risk of fire, please do not cover this product with newspapers. tablecloths, curtains, etc. during use.
5. If the product has a waterproof feature, please do not exceed the nominal parameter range when using it.
6. When the products damaged such as the power cord or plug are damaged, liquid enters or objects fail into the device, unable to operate normally or fall. it must be repaired.
7. When the product is fully charged, do not connect it to the charger for further long time charging.
8. The maximum ambient temperature should not exceed 40* C.
