How to throw the dust away
General requirements for cloth bag and paper bag
Detach the hose and pull the releasing handle at the front of the dust bag compartment lid upwards, then open the lid.TOSHIBA-VC-EA1600SE-Vacuum-

Note :
Hold the body firmly to open lid. Be careful not to have your hand pinched. Remove the dust bag by bag collar support.(Replace it if it is paper bag).

Requirements for a cloth bag
Slide away the fastener and empty the dust bag if it is cloth bag.

Note:

The cloth bag is washable with water. After washing the cloth bag, dry up by ridding the cloth bag of any moisture.
Finally, fit the cloth bag to the main body.

How to set the dust bag

  • Requirements for cloth bag
    Fold the cloth bag open end and slide the fastener.
    Note:
    If the fastener is not set right in place or the creases do not contact each other at the center,it may cause dust leak from this opening.

  • General requirements for cloth bag and paper bag
    Slide the dustbag into the guide on the dust bag holder. Close the dust bag lid.
    Note:
    Never use the vacuum cleaner without ensuring that a dust bag is in place.The dust box tid will not close if the dust bag is not in its proper place. (please use the paper bag only once).

Power control switch

MODEL VC-EA1800SE
When the vacuum cleaner is turned on by ON/ OFF Switch, the power is MIDDLE and two lights turn on. – Push “+” or “-” button and adjust the power to match cleaning area.

MODEL VC-EA1600SE

  • Move the power control Switch right and left.
    Adjust the power to match the cleaning area.
    For normal use pull out the plug cord up to the yellow mark and maximum to the red mark

  • Always install each one.

  • Unless installed, it may cause trouble

Connecting the hose

  • Attachment:- Insert the hose while pushing a button.
  • Removal:- Detach the hose while pushing the button.
  • Insert the pipe rotation of the hose into the blower outlet. It can blow the dust.
  • Do not bring up the vacuum cleaner with a hose when the pipe rotation is inserted.
  • The vacuum cleaner falls suddenly and you may get injured.
  • Do not use a long time, it will get hot.
  • Do not throw it on a person, garbage may fly toward the person.

Suction regulator

To adjust the suction power, use the sliding suction regulator switch. Move the switch backward to open the orifice. The suction power decreases as the result. By sliding the switch forward, the orifice closes. Subsequently. the suction power by the floor brush increases

HOW TO STORE

Permanent Storage

Storage
You may stand in a corner of the room after using a vacuum cleaner.
Insert the stand stopper in the hole on the main body.

Temporary Storage
You may use an instant stand to interrupt using a vacuum cleaner. Insert the stand stopper to the instant holder.

INSTRUCTION
Do not lift the vacuum in the storage position because the stand stopper may suddenly come off and hurt you.

CLEANING

Main unit and accessories

Wipe using dry cloth or cloth soaked with a neutral detergent.

Do not wipe using benzine

Filter

Clean filter
Open the lid and remove the dust bag. This filter is removed by holding it at the top (as shown in the diagram) and pulling it outwards. Remove dust.
Note:
The fiter dose not need replacement. Do not wash with water.

HEAPA Filter

TROUBLESHOOTING

Do not modify. Only an authorized engineer is allowed to disassemble or repair the unit. Such an act may cause fire, short-circuiting, or injury. When your vacuum Is out of order, contact the product shop.

If an abnormality occurs when using the cleaner, disconnect the power plug, and after approx. 15 sec. Connect the plug again to check the operation. if the abnormality still occurs check the following

  • The main unit and cord may be heated with the heat of the motor during operation but it is normal.
  • If you use a vacuum with the dust bag full or long with the crevice nozzle attached, the protector works and stops the operation. Then unplug the vacuum, empty the dust bag and leave your vacuum at a cool place about an hour. Then it will be ready again for use.
