It should work with Win 10, but it does not. At least not without intervention by a miracle. It's not the driver's fault. It's Win 10. I've spent hours looking for a solution, but it seems coaxing my system to recognize it is impossible. Was hoping someone might have found an answer here for this issue. Yes, I've checked the usual suspects, the device manager tricks, the regedit tricks, checked group policy, etc. Win 10 is a steaming pile.
Is this drive work with Xbox One?
I have used the previous model of this drive, 1TB size, in my Xbox One for several years. SMART data on my Windows PC is showing 12,600 hours (900 days) on the drive, and it's still going strong. Only removed it because I upgraded to an Xbox One S (for 4K video functionality).
Does this work with window xp?
Yes, as far as I know, it will work with window xp. It is a wonderful portable external hard drive, that I have had for months and haven't had any problems.

Does it work on a Mac?

It is working with my Mac. I did change the type of setup with Disc Utility to an Apple format, rather than the MS-DOS format. It makes it far more versatile.
Does it work with a MAC Book Pro?
I just recently purchased the Toshiba Canvio 1 Tb. The instructions say the drive must be formatted for use with a Mac. However, I plugged the drive into my Mac Book Pro and I was able to access pictures and data on it without formatting that I had moved to the HD from a PC. I mostly use the HD for a PC but right now I am more than satisfied with it working on both platforms.
Does this come with software to do an image of my hard drive?
No, It doesn't come with software. I believe it says so in the description.

Not directly you would need something like a Ravpower RP-WD03 or similar device from another company to access files of a drive like this for use with any iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad
