Product Usage Instructions
Assembly
- Remove the torch from the box.
- Straighten out the dual head neck.
- Apply both wrenches as shown in the manual to tighten and lock in place.
Operational Safety
CAUTION
- Avoid putting the torch burner close to the face and hands to prevent burns.
- The burner heats up significantly during operation and remains hot even after being switched off.
- Avoid placing the hot torch burner near flammable materials.
- Ensure the gas valve wheel is turned off before storing, and allow the torch to cool down.
- Keep the torch out of reach of children.
- Use only propane, butane, or a mix of both as fuel.
- Protect the torch and rubber hose from oil, acids, and other chemical agents.
- Always use personal protective measures like protective glasses and gloves when operating the torch.
- Avoid using a damaged torch or one with a damaged rubber hose.
- Do not attempt to repair or dismantle parts of the torch by yourself.
Maintenance
Sometimes, using contaminated gas when the tank is nearly empty may cause partial clogging of the nozzle. To clean the nozzle:
- Turn off the gas container valve.
- Disconnect the rubber hose from the gas container.
- Disassemble the torch and clean the nozzle thoroughly with petrol or a similar liquid. You can also use a very thin wire to clear the nozzle. Do not enlarge the nozzle opening under any circumstances.

OPERATIONAL SAFETY
The torch has no temperature indicator. Careless handling of the tool may cause fire. Protect yourself and the environment and observe applicable safety measures.

- Do not put the torch burner close to your face and hands. There is a risk of burns.
- The burner heats up very much during the torch operation. The high temperature remains for some time after the torch is switched off.
- Do not put the hot torch burner close to flammable materials.
- Before storing ensure that the gas valve wheel is turned off, the hot torch is cooled down.
- Do not store the gas container at a temperature above 40°C (104ºF) or in direct sunlight.
- Keep the torch beyond the reach of children.

WARNING
- Do not use brazed joints for elements that may be subject to temperatures above 130°C.
- Do not join parts used for lifting weights with brazed joints.
CAUTION
- Ensure that the flexible, rubber hose between the torch and gas container is in good technical condition, the connection is air-tight, and the gas pressure does not exceed the value of the rubber hose.
CAUTION
- Rubber hoses are equipped with left-hand thread connectors.
- All checks and repairs should be carried out by the supplier’s service department or by a service site certified by the supplier. All checks and repairs must be carried out only when the rubber hose is disconnected from the gas cylinder. Cut off the gas supply before disconnecting the hose!
- Do not pull the rubber hose to move or lift the gas container. Check the condition of the rubber hose each time before starting work. In case any damage is found (accidental surface cut, signs of burns, bulge or change of diameter) immediately replace the hose with a new one. Rubber hose also must be replaced not later than 5 years from its production date specified on the hose

OPERATION
OPERATION AND USE
Starting the torch
- Release the gas valve lever
- Turn the gas valve of the torch towards (-) to turn it off.
- Connect the gas hose to the torch and gas container.
- Open the gas container valve to supply the rubber hose with gas.
- Direct the torch nozzle forward.
- Press the gas valve lever against the handle
- Turn the torch gas valve by 2/3 of a turn in (+) direction (you should hear specific hissing of the gas coming out).
- Light up gas coming out of the burner .
Adjusting flame size and temperature
The gas valve wheel allows setting the flame size and temperature. Turn the
wheel in (-) direction to reduce the flame size and temperature. Turn the wheel
in (+) direction to increase the flame size and temperature.
Extinguishing the flame
- Release the gas valve lever
- Turn the gas valve in the (-) direction to an extreme position.
- Cut off gas supply from the gas container when the flame is extinguished.
MAINTENANCE
