  • Babies should not be allowed to sleep while lying on this activity gym.
  • Do not use this product as a blanket.
  • Only use the mat on the floor.
  • Do not use mat in crib, play yard, etc.
  • Not intended for carrying baby.
  • Do not connect toy bar A-hooks to loops on top of mat.
  • Do not connect links together across crib, play yard or activity gym.
    Never connect links to form a chain more than 12” long.

SymbolNOTE : The batteries in the plush toy are not replaceable. For safe disposal, use a pair of scissors (not included) to cut open the toy. Remove the sound module and dispose of it properly. Do not give the opened plush toy to the child. Do not dispose of product or batteries in fire, batteries may explode or leak. This product contains button cell batteries.

NEW AND USED BATTERIES ARE HAZARDOUS.

  • Swallowing or placing a button battery inside the body may lead to death or serious injury in as little as 2 hours due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the esophagus.

  • Medical attention should be sought immediately if you suspect a button battery has been swallowed or placed inside the body.

  • Examine product and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured, e.g. that the screw or other mechanical fastener is tightened.
    Do not use if compartment is not secure.

  • Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely. Batteries can still be dangerous.

Operating Instructions

This symbol indicates that the product is not to be disposed of in household waste as batteries contain substances that can be damaging to the environment and health. Contact local authority for recycling & collection information.

Care and Cleaning

Mat – Remove toy bar, toys, and plush toy before washing. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Air Dry.
Toy bar assembly and toys – Clean before use with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry.
Do not immerse in water.
To reassemble gym – Connect the A-hook at the ends of the toy bars to the fabric loops on the bottom corners of the play mat.
