  • This robot is not a toy. Do not sit or stand on this robot. Children and pets should be supervised while the robot is operating.

Battery and Charging

Use only rechargeable batteries with specifications suitable for our brand. For correct docking, use a standard corresponding charging station. This product must not be used with any type of power converter; using an invalid power converter will immediately void the warranty.

Product Usage Instructions

Setup and Installation

  1. Remove all protective parts from the robot and charging station before use.
  2. Assemble the side brushes.
  3. Install the charging station. Place it on a flat surface at least 0.2 feet away from the wall with open space in front and on both sides for the robot to return for charging and dust collection.
  4. Connect power cables to the charging stations.
  5. Ensure the robot is fully charged by placing it on the charging station.

Operation
Before starting cleaning tasks, make sure the robot is fully charged and positioned correctly on the charging station.
Press the power button to start the robot.

The robot features a 360° laser module, charging button, power/cleaning button, charging contacts, water tank and dust box, infrared sensors, air outlet, mop components, and dust box opening button. It also has cliff detection sensors, an omnidirectional wheel, a right driving wheel, a central brush, a left driving wheel, and a main brush cover.

Operating the Product

Before Use
Before use, remove all protective parts from the robot and the charging station. Install the skirting board, set up the charging station ensuring it is at least 0.2 feet away from the wall, and ensure there is open space in front of and on both sides of the charging station for the robot to return for charging and dust collection.

App Configuration
To use all functions, it is recommended to control the robot with the app. Bluetooth Connection
Activate Bluetooth on your phone and scan for nearby Bluetooth devices. Select the robot model and enter the wifi password to complete the connection. Manual Connection
Press and hold the power and wifi buttons on the robot until the wifi light flashes. Select the same router and wifi, then enter the correct password. In the WLAN settings, find “Ultenic-T10 Pro-XXXX” and connect. Return to the Ultenic application and complete the network pairing. Charging
Press the power button on the robot to activate.

Maintenance

Mop Set
Before cleaning the robot for maintenance, turn off the robot and unplug the charging station. Remove the mop set from the water tank after each use, rinse the cloth and water tank thoroughly, and dry the cloth in the sun or air to avoid mold and mildew.
