Ultenic K10 Air Fryer
Use the Air Fryer with the Ultenic APP
To get the most out of air fryer and access smart functions, download the Ultenic app to control the air fryer
APP Download and Installation

Search for Ultenic from App Store ™/Google Play™ or scan the QR code to
download and install the Ultenic application.

Ultenic APP Setup

Open the Ultenic app, if you already have an account, tap Login account. To create a new account, tap Create account.

Make sure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.

Turn on the air fryer, press and hold ” ” for 5 seconds, until the” ” is flashing to enter the network configuration.

Follow the in-app instruction to add and set up the air fryer.

After successfully connected, you can control the air fryer via the Ultenic app.
Use the Air Fryer with Amazon Alexa
*IMPORTANT TIPS
- Make sure you have connect the air fryer to the Ultenic app.
- Make sure you’ve installed Amazon Alexa app on your mobile device.
- Make sure the WiFi connection is stable.
Step 1:
Log in Amazon Alexa app with your amazon account, tap ” ” on the bottom
right of the homepage, then select Skills & Games.
Step 2:
Search and select Smart Life, then enable it by tapping ENABLE TO USE.
Step 3:
Enter your Ultenic account and password, then tap Link Now to continue.
Step 4:
Tap Authorize to complete the account link, then tap DISCOVER DEVICES to
discover the air fryer which has been connected in Ultenic app.
Step 5:
After the air fryer is discovered, please tap SET UP DEVICE to set up your
device.
Step 6:
Tap DONE to complete the connection and setup.
Use the Air Fryer with Google Assistant
*IMPORTANT TIPS
- Make sure you have connect the air fryer to the Ultenic app.
- Make sure you’ve installed Google Home app on your mobile device.
- Make sure the WiFi connection is stable.
Step 1:
Log in Google Home app with your google account, tap ” + ” at the top left
of the homepage.
Step 2:
Tap Set up device, then select Works with Google.
Step 3:
Tap “ ” on the upper right corner, then search and select tuya smart.
Step 4:
Enter your Ultenic account and password, then tap Link Now and Authorize to
continue
Step 5:
It will show “tuya smart is linked” when the setup is complete.
Troubleshooting
Why can’t I connect my device to my WiFi network?
- During the setup process, you must use a secure 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Please make sure you have entered the correct WiFi password.
How can I change the WiFi network to 2.4 GHz WiFi network?
- Most dual-band routers support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Choose WiFi names that do not end with “_5G”.
- If your mobile device is connecting to a 5GHz network, please try to ” forget ” the 5GHz network.
- If you are not sure, or there are no separate names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, please contact your Internet service provider.
My device cannot be connected to the Ultenic App.
- Close and restart the Ultenic App, then press the ” ” button for more than 5 seconds until the “ ” flashes to reset the device, then use the Ultenic App to reconfigure your device.
My device is offline.
- If the device is not plugged in or plugged into an outlet with no power, it will show offline in the app.
- Make sure the device is turned on, then refresh the menu by sliding down the screen.
- Make sure your router is connected to the Internet and your mobile phone network is connected normally.
- Reset the device.
a) Remove the device from the Ultenic App.
b) Reset the device by pressing the “ ” button for more than 5 seconds, until the “ ” flashes.
c) Use the Ultenic App to reconfigure your device.
