Product Usage Instructions
Set Outputs
To select alternative dimensional outputs, scan one of the Output codes provided with the C200L.
Set Suffix
Select the preferred suffix for use with Dimensional (DIM) and General (GEN) items by scanning the corresponding suffix code.
Assembly Guide Rails
- The tape cassette has guide rails on both sides.
- The C200L Pod has guide grooves on both sides.
- The spring latch locks into the tape cassette.
- Align the grooves and rails.
- C200L Pod slides down into the tape cassette.
- The latch in the C200L Pod locks into the tape cassette.
Charge Battery
- Insert the USB cable in the USB port located under the flap by the Scan button.
- Connect it to an adapter or a charging cradle for charging.
- The red LED indicates the charging status.
Power On C200L
Press the Scan button to power on the device.
How to Measure
- Hook the tape end over the far edge of the package.
- Align the tape exit point to the near edge of the package.
- Press the Scan button to record and transmit the measurement.
Host Connections
- C200L can connect to a host system using RF Dongle or Bluetooth.
- The default method is RF Dongle. For Windows connection using RF Dongle, pair via USB port, indicated by a blue LED when connected.
- For other host connections, refer to the provided FAQ URL for instructions.

CHARGE BATTERY
- Insert the USB cable in the port under the flap by the Scan button and connect it to the adaptor or if using a charging cradle, connect the USB cable and insert C200L. The red LED is ON when charging.
POWER ON C200L
- Press the Scan button to power it on.

REGISTRATION
- Scan the Registration URL QR code with a mobile Android or iOS device or visit www.cubetape.com/register to register your device.
HOW TO MEASURE
- Hook the tape end over the far edge of the package.
- Align the tape exit point to the near edge of the package.
- Press the Scan button to record and transmit the measurement.
HOST CONNECTIONS
- C200L can connect to a host system using RF Dongle or Bluetooth.
- The default method is RF Dongle.
Connect to Windows using RF Dongle:
- Power on C200L.
- Scan Pair, LED will flash green.
- Insert the dongle in the spare Windows USB port, the LED will turn blue when connected.
- Dimensions and barcodes will now be sent to the active Windows app.
Other Host Connections:
- For all other host connections including CubeiQ and Bluetooth, scan the FAQ URL QR code with a mobile Android or iOS device or go to www.cubetape.com/support for instructions.
SET OUTPUTS
- Dimensional output is set to the nearest whole inch by default. To select alternative outputs scan one of the Output codes below with the C200L.
SET SUFFIX
- Select the preferred suffix for use with Dimensional (DIM) and General (GEN) items.
